We had a very large group, 12 and when 1 person was a few minutes late they would not seat us until the 12 th got there. This was annoying since we could not get a drink and chat and we had a reservation. The food was good, but they made an error and promised to add a free dessert. Since I had given up sweets they offered an extra beer. I accepted but never got the beer. The food tasted nice but was overpriced for the cuisine. The place was also noisy and a bit of a pain to find parking. This was an average experience for something we had heard was top notch.

Ate dinner there last night. The ambience is upscale casual. There is free valet parking. Welcoming reception. There were three in our party and two of us shared a crab dip. Excellent flavor. There is a basic menu, but the addition to the menu changes every day. I had a wonderful Wahoo and shrimp on a bed of the most flavorful rice. My dining companions had a fish stir-fry (that was deliciously spicy), and scallops with pink peppercorns. I think all of us could have licked our plates clean! I indulged in dessert - an expresso pot de crème that was truly worth the calories. I highly recommend it. The service was excellent - nicely paced. Overall, we were really happy with the experience.

Acre highlights fresh, modern cuisine inspired by our southern heritage.
Our group had an excellent dining experience at Acre. The menu is fantastic with great variety and unique offerings from the chef. From appetizers through dessert and coffee it was an exceptional experience. Food has wonderful flavor, and the pairings of items really enhances the experience.

We've been visiting Auburn regularly and always try different restaurants however we recently discovered the Amsterdam Cafe. It's friendly with excellent staff. The food is really good.
We actually ate there four times in a row, which is almost unheard of for us.
We've tried a number of their their dishes and haven't been disappointed. Particularly the Baja soup and the Crab Cake Sandwich deserves its reputation.
It's often wise to make a reservation, although they do seat those without reservations pretty fast.
It's certainly a great place to visit.

It's a tradition, visiting Little Italy Pizzeria, it's worth the wait, we chose the calzone this time, had the pizza and Stromboli in the past. Great place to chill before or after the game, meet friends.

Went on a Sunday. Very busy but very impressed with the staff and how efficient and fast they were. The home cooked, southern-style food was absolutely delicious! Fried chicken, chicken and dumplings, variety of sides, and desserts served up in a very casual atmosphere. You can eat inside the restaurant or outside. We opted for the outside since it was so busy. They are closed on Saturdays and hours do vary by day of week.
