Been here three or four times, food is always very good. Started with the onion soup ,it was excellent. Had the oriental salad, I would have it again. It was large could be shared.

Enough said because there isn't anything else to say. The chocolate chip cookies are the best I've ever had!!! They are huge and decadent as well. You may need to order them ahead of time, they may run out of them daily.

Elegant & Cozy Restaurant Bistro Style, Perfect for a Special Events with Customized Menus from our Chef Marcello Created for any Occasion
On our way to the Jacob Burns Center we decided to trust the TripAdvisor reviews and I'm so glad we did. Really fresh and well prepared seafood, which is hard to find these days.
We had the seafood chowder...with recognizable pieces of shrimp, lobster, scallops, salmon, etc. in a light cream base. You could actually taste the individual pieces of seafood. Delicious. Then the Seafood Appetizer platter. Generous pieces of lobster, shrimp, and sea scollops in a tasty sauce on a bed of corn salsa. Fresh from the grill, well presented, and very flavorful.
And did I mention the bread basket with a selection of bread with crispy flatbread and warm cornbread?
We had the Creme Brûlée for dessert. Beyond good. Maybe the best ever. And a really hot Cappuccino with biscotti.
Truly...it was a superb lunch. What a find!

Love to know where negative reviewers have been to . I love this place. Maybe tired to some - not to me.
We had lunch on Sunday. 8/13/17. We were the youngest couple in the restaurant.
A true classic - if you think this is expensive go to Burger King.

The restaurant is located on a side street with available parking on site. The owner, staff and manager are very friendly and accommodating. There is a bar within the restaurant and a available conference room. I have attended meetings in the conference room which was buffet style, and the food was excellent if your thinking of having an affair. The menu is very extensive and the prices are reasonable. They offer a price fix menu which is a real steal. The food is freshly prepared and the portions large. There is a very nice wine list and they offer house wine by the glass. The deserts are excellent and worth the price, included with the price fix menu. I have dined there numerous times and never had a bad experience. One of my favorite places to eat. I highly recommend this location.

The Livanos family proudly welcomes you to Moderne Barn, a casual and sophisticated American restaurant with global influences. Our philosophy is to create an experience that brings exceptional service, superb cuisine and terroir-driven wines together in a stunning atmosphere. Executive Chef Ethan Kostbar accomplishes this by using a Mediterranean, New American approach to showcase ingredients with simplicity and seasonality.
At the end of the day, at any restaurant, it’s about the food. Moderne Barn has that aspect sussed. There wasn’t anything about our experience here that I did not like, save for the acoustics. The vaulted wood ceilings, though beautiful, do strange things with sound, and the voice of a woman, seated perhaps 60 feet away, carried over to our cozy table for two as though she were being miked in. It was distracting and uncomfortable as she spoke of her horrible dates, one after another. Her companions laughed. We cringed. Note to M.B.: fix the acoustics. It’s unpleasant to have to overhear such intimate conversation and makes having one’s own conversation almost impossible.
M.B. is as close to a midtown NYC experience as I have found in the wilds of northern Westchester. The decor is lovely. The waitstaff is professional and good, efficient and accommodating. The whole experience just clicks and works. The bar looks like a perfect place to meet a friend for a drink. All good.
The food? Exceptional. Handsome Companion and I both had the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week menu, starting with the Nonna Meatballs, three absolutely-perfect meatballs in deeply-flavored tomato sauce with ricotta cheese and fresh basil.
They were fabulous. I could eat them every night. Handsome Companion might. For a main course, I had the Roasted Chicken Breast. The chicken was flavorful and perfectly-cooked and served over a bed of creamy, cheesy polenta with a side of splendid spinach. The whole dish was just very well done. Half came home with me and was as tasty again the next night. H.C. had the Spring Vegetable Gnocchi. The gnocchi were quite good with lots of fresh vegetables; peas, asparagus, fava beans, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan. The dish was well thought-out and well-executed. For dessert, we tried the Raspberry and Passion Fruit Sorbets. Both were sweet and flavorful. Dinner was $32.95; a ridiculous bargain for food this good.

Tazza is the best. Great coffee combinations and pastry products plus fantastic service makes Tazza a must stop at any time during the day. By the way... it's not nearly expensive as Starbucks!!
Katonah would not allow a Starbucks into the community paving the way for Tazza... hooray !!!

In Japanese, KOKU means 'moment'. At KOKU, we aspire to embrace our customers with the transcendent moments of a Japanese dining experience. Modern, intimate, and upbeat New York City vibes are just a few concepts to name that we will intertwine and bring into Armonk and to the residents of upstate New York.
The young woman who was our server made our night. She is fun, professional and she just "got us". 5 of us ate up a storm. Everything was great. Pace was perfect. Restaurant is comfortable and attractive but best of all was that young woman

We visited Zero twice in the past few months. Once on a sleepy Sunday afternoon and again during Restaurant week. Both times it was fantastic. It combines the best of a Tuscan trattoria with a neighborhood eatery. Food is fantastic, excellent service and the sound level was very acceptable.
The offering for Restaurant week included a generous appetizer of grilled shrimp with white beans in a vinegar reduction, yummy. Followed by the mixed grilled of lamb, beef and chicken with grilled vegetables. Finishing it off were profiteroles, perfection.
We would go back to Zero any day....it was a treat.
