I love all the options that Dairy Queen has to offer. My 6 year old daughter loves the oreo blizzards and the mini size is just right for her. The service is fast, friendly and very enjoyable. When possible, we always eat outside.

Love love Antioch Pizza Shop!! We live about 40 minutes away and get take out and it’s still hot when we get home. We live their thin crust and deep/pan style pizza! Always fresh ingredients and flavorful!!!

Friendly cafe selling coffee drinks, tea, hot chocolate and other beverages. Also, serves pastries and sandwiches. Take out or spend time in their relaxing seating, free WiFi, also. I love their hot chocolate, better than the other guy's. I buy coffee beans there for home, very good quality. I did waver giving it 4 or 5 stars as the drinks do vary a bit depending on who's making them, but still all very good.

The restaurant is located in a strip mall but looks like a stand alone restaurant on the inside. There is a lunch menu served from 11am - 2pm which gives you a dollar off. My pulled pork sandwich came with a side of fries. It was good but I was disappointed the BBQ sauce was served in a small side cup instead of being mixed in with the meat. The portions were more than you need and neither I nor my companion finished our meals. I guess it is a chain restaurant. I would eat there again.

Family Friendly Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant.
We had the best waitress. So attentive and polite. Food was good as usual. Everything comes out fast. Place is so clean. We loved our cream of chicken rice soup so much our waitress offered some to buy to go. She apologized for the wait since it was a busy sunday. We didn't think we waited at all. On top of that when we got out bill we looked at out waitresses name since she didn't introduce herself. Heaven absolute heaven

I've been to Cafe Book many times while visiting family in the area, and have NEVER had a bad experience. In addition to their delicious drink specialties and tasty treats, their customer service is warm, friendly, and welcoming, which is another reason why our family stops in every change we get!

WELCOME TO DAVID'S BISTRO
My name is David Maish. I am a trained chef and I love to cook great food. Several years ago, I realized that Antioch, Illinois needed a special place – a gathering place for dear friends; a meeting location for business associates to have an important meeting or a peaceful, favorite spot where a couple can say nice things to one another. I wanted to create a special place for great people like you.

I spent weeks wondering what I should name my place. All the good French names were taken. Then I thought about “The Un-fast Food Restaurant that isn’t Part of a Food Chain with a 20 Page Menu Where Everything tastes the same.” The sign painter quit. Then my wife said, “Why not call it David’s Bistro?” I married a genius!

David’s Bistro is casual, friendly, fun and kind of serious all at the same time. Serious, doesn’t mean stuffy! Serious means that my passion is food. I write about food, I teach cooking classes, I absolutely love to cook for my guests. Oh sure, every so often I’ll break out in a song, show you one of my paintings or crack a dumb joke, but I can get absolutely teary-eyed over an heirloom tomato, a beautiful cut of meat or a spectacular piece of chocolate.

David’s Bistro is about all of the good things in life.
Everything is perfect! Every meal I have ever had here has been superb! And the service is great! David remembers that you have been there before and treats you like family. He plays the keyboard and guitar and sings! You can’t beat the food and/or its presentation. And his soups are a specialty! The prices are good enough that you don’t have to wait for a special occasion to go there! Yay, David!

Owners have another restaurant by the same name in Waukegan, IL.
First of the hostess was clueless, a thirty minute wait when there were open tables adequate for our party of five. Food was below average in taste, below average on timeliness, below average for price vs quality. The only positive is that the sports bar atmosphere is nice for a Bar, not a family restaurant.

always pleasant time eating at Asian Harbor. staff very courteous and attentive. food is fresh, served always on time. Their sushi plates are decorated very well. Prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for...better quality sushi as compared to other places.
