Our group of 6 sailed over to Anegada from Virgin Gorda with Captain Jacques of Tropical Day Sails. We docked in front of the hotel and walked up for breakfast prior to exploring the island. The traditional American breakfasts and the French toast breakfasts were very good. Our server was friendly and efficient.

Seaside Cottages, Restaurant, and Beach Bar in Loblolly, Anegada
Casual and filled with breezes the Big Bamboo hits all the right notes. From the whimsical decor with hand written notes from friends and lovers plastered on the walls to the large buoys dangling in the corners, this is a beach restaurant- bar. The Speciality-lobster is outrageous! Simple prep is all you need. Great stop for lunch on Anegada.

Took the ferry from St. John to Anegada on July 2, 2017. First stop, Cow Wreck Beach Bar! I loved everything about this place! Awesome view, beautiful beach. Cow punch was very good. I had the cerviche & it was outstanding. I should have stayed here all afternoon but decided to walk down to the Anegada Beach Club, which was a disappointment. I will return to Cow Wreck Beach next year for sure!!

The fried conch was delicious! It was tender and lightly battered with a tasty sauce. The conch is caught fresh/locally so you can't get much better. Others had the mahi fish sandwiches and raved about them. Flash of Beauty is all about snorkeling and hanging out on the beach, looking at the beautiful coral and ocean, so just go to the bar to eat a good lunch and/or grab a drink or two before heading back to your lovely spot on the sand.

Open air dining on a deck overlooking the Anegada moorings. Fresh Grilled Lobster, Steaks, Trigger Fish, Pastas, Salads, Burgers & Sandwiches. Please reserve and place dinner orders by 5pm.
We anchored right next to the Lobster Trap and despite all the good options to eat along this gorgeous harbor and beach we decided to try the Lobster Trap. They were closed for a few months after Irma but reopened end January with the addition...MoreThank you for the nice review and kind mention of our staff at both locations. We love to hear from our guests and are happy you enjoyed it all!

At the heart of Anegada lies one of the most unique dining establishments in the Caribbean. The oldest restaurant on the island since March 1973. Neptune's Treasure ensures we are able to secure the very freshest catch for the lucky patrons fortunate to have dinner Reservations. While the on water dining experience certainly creates a romantic and peaceful atmosphere, the inside of the establishment is full of unique history. Neptune's Treasure is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations with dinner order are required before 4 pm.
We have visited Neptune's during a short vacation on Anegada and ate there few times because we just kept coming back.
The staff are the most attentive and welcoming people. During our first breakfast they suggested a tour of the island, what to see and where to go, where to snorkel and what trips to take.
We had few breakfasts, lunch and an amazing dinner there. Breakfast pastries were fresh, never had better banana bread, the conch roti was out of this world. But the barbecue dinner on Tuesday was out of this world. We pre-ordered lobsters, actually saw them earlier on Tuesday being caught and then grilled to perfection. The dinner party itself was a mixture of interesting people from different parts of the world sailing around the BVI. From every table you could hear a different accent and different sailing story.
If you ever visit this small beautiful island make sure you don't miss this gem of a restaurant.

Neptune's Treasure and Pam's Kitchen has joined together to enhance the total experience of a full service Neptune's Treasure. We are now serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pam's breads and goodies are located right inside Neptune's Treasure's front door on the left. Ice and assorted ice creams are available at her counter. Pam's Menu is also available at Neptune's Treasure.
For years we had people tell us about Pam's baked goods and never made it there. This trip we stayed and had a car so made sure we found Neptune's Treasure and Pam's Bakery and OMG! Neptune's Treasure is a nice water front property with rooms and cottages and outside bar. The restaurant Pam's kitchen and everyone was right when they said the best on the island. We went for breakfast and had; coffee, bloody mary, breakfast Sandwich, egg platter and the OMG hot cinnamon bun and fresh baked bread. We also enjoyed meeting the staff and helped the gentlemen that was hanging Christmas garland. We did a little shopping in the gift shop and made dinner Reservations. Absolutely delicious! We love Anegada lobster and this was so tender and perfectly cooked, tried the sauted conch which was deliecious, hot dinner bun and I took chocolate chip cookies home for later. We had to stop back on our way to the ferry headed for St Thomas. We got there so early the bread was to hot to cut and the cinnamon buns just came out of the oven. OMG! Just like my grandma made. We loved our meals, loved meeting the staff, guests and visitors that always had a smile and we can't wait for another trip to Anegada! Thank you!!!!

Our party of nine ate here during our BVI vacation and it was by far our best dinner in the Islands. This is an open air restraunt located a short walk from the beach. Everyone in our party ordered lobster which was prepared on a charcoal grill behind the building and was probably the best lobster I have ever eaten - Maine or otherwise. Joanne was our cook/server/bartender and was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Potter's By The Sea is hands-down the most fun place to experience a classic Anegada lobster dinner. Add your name or flag to the funky decor, be entertained by singing Sam and try to best him in the limbo contest. After dinner, gather your friends for a Shot-Ski and dance your heart out on the sand dance floor. Potter's By The Sea is colorful in more ways than one and you'll have a great night out.

The Whistling Pines would be reason enough to visit Anegada. A couple of fantastic pines which really whistle in the wind, add a nice and quiet bay, a wonderful sunset, and the best grilled lobster I have EVER had. The restaurant works on a reservation basis only, so they know exactly how many lobster they will have to go and get, no frozen stuff, "right from the sea to the grill". This way you don't waste any either. We were the only guest, had the best table in the house, which is fantastically simple, but adds enormously to the atmosphere. The staff is all family, and very, very friendly. The price is not cheap, nor expensive considering that you do get the freshest lobster imaginable.
If you're in the BVI's, go sailing, sail to Anegada and have your lobster in the Whistling Pines, life will never be the same.
