I didn't think burgers were any thing special; however, thick fries and small cold coke in a bottle were good...folks were very friendly and service was FAST...

With only 6 tables it seems that most orders must be take out. Their food is fantastic and huge servings. Their steak sandwiches are enormous with as much meat hanging out over the bun than what is inside of it. The catfish plates are enormous and delicious and their burgers are wonderful. It's a very old building but clean with new flooring. The staff are always very nice. After many visits we can't comment on any other dishes as we always order the same since it's so delicious. Not at all fancy but terrific food.

El Toro is a fairly typical small town Mexican joint. The food is good and the portions are ample. It's a shame Monroe is a dry county ---- a frozen margarita or an icy cold beer would make all the difference. My only gripe is that the whole place needs a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.

This Mexican restaurant was Ok the Sunday that we visited. They were so busy and our food took a long time. I understand that a crowd can slow down service, but they just weren't terribly friendly either. The food itself was pretty good, but I didn't get the plate that was described in the menu. So I would only rate this place as average. It might be better when they aren't crazy busy.

My wife and I was traveling through. We stopped at Walmart to buy a item. We asked about a good place to eat at. We were told about pickle on the hill. Boy I was glad. We could not finish because of portions. GPS will lead you to wrong place so you might want to call. Family hospitality is the greatest. You might pass it up if you are not looking no sign on the road. Look for the Walmart at the red light and you are there.

Have tried just about everything on their menu. The steak is the best I have found in this area. The staff welcomes you with a smile and are very accommodating. It is not an easy place to find if not from this area but well worth locating. The prices are very reasonable which makes the trip even more enjoyable.

We were looking for a good restaurant that was open Thanksgiving day, and close to home. Miller's on Main fit the bill with our reservation for 14 people. They had a nice salad bar, hot bar, and desert bar.(one trip $12.00 a plate) The food was really good and included all the traditional southern dishes cooked at Thanksgiving, Turkey and dressing, baked ham, creamed sweet potatoes, broccoli salad, green beans, creamed potatoes and lima beans. They also had banana pudding, cherry crunch, blueberry dump cake, and Hersey bar cake on the dessert bar.
Overall, a great dining experience for Thanksgiving at Miller's on Main.

The staff is always friendly and the food is always excellent. I love sitting at the counter and watching the cooks put it all together. Seems like controlled chaos. Delicious.

My wife and I had lunch at Country Boys Hamburgers on March 30, 2013. I asked for a menue, and was told that all they served was hamburgers and cheeseburgers. We both ordered cheeseburgers. I had mine with fries, and My wife had chips. The chips were in a bag..ok. My fries were very good, and my cheeseburger was one of the best I have ever eaten. If anyone is in Amory, this is a place well worth trying. Both meals came to around $9. I thought it was a bargan.

It's a great place to eat. The food is great. Service is friendly and quick. It is a buffet but it is great. Family business. Everyone is very friendly. Makes you feel at home.
