I went to the Black Forest for the first time on 10/27/17. I passed this place several times on 101 on my way to KEENE, but never stopped. OMG, I was missing out on this gem. The vegi chilli was AWESOME! The bread-AWESOME! the vegi...MoreThank you so much T W for your enthusiasm! I love when customers "get us" and you clearly got us. Located in the heart of historic Amherst, New Hampshire, Moulton's provides area residents and visitors with the highest quality prepared foods to fit today's busy lifestyle.
I've never had a bad meal here. Heck, I've never had an "okay" meal here. Moulton's subs are really extraordinary, and their pizza is tied for first place in my estimation. They are efficient and consistent, with fresh ingredients and an ever-widening selection of options. My personal favorites are the #2 sub (Thanksgiving year-round!) and the #4 sub (turkey, Swiss, coleslaw). The barbecue chicken pizza is also really great.

This use to be our favorite restaurant, but tonight not so much. My meal was great, but my husbands was not. The meal he had was very dry.
The service,(waitress) was terrible. It took along time for everything. Nobody asked if everything was alright . The waitess never came back to give us our bill, another waitress did. We never saw our waitress again.
The restaurant was not busy, because it was the Friday night before Valentines day.
We probably won't be back for a while.

The steak was cooked perfect. The dining area I'm not a big fan of. I don't like small rooms. They sat us upstairs right at the railing The waitress was rushing us when you spend $400 for dinner no need to rush.

Truly delicious espresso, enjoyed again yesterday with a group of business colleagues on the way to a meeting. But it does take forever; we ordered three double espressos and one cappuccino and they came out serially over a five minute period, making it pretty tough for a group.

I enjoy going to Union Coffee. It's decent coffee in a relaxed, comfortable, interesting setting. I am thankful that it's in Milford, and I look forward to visiting on weekends. However, I do agree with the reviewer who commented on the slow service. I would visit far more often on weekdays if there was a substantially faster way of grabbing a simple cup of drip coffee and getting on with my life, as I do at Moulton's or the Good Loaf. I wish I could, but I can't spend 15 minutes in a single line behind all of the special orders.

I chose this restaurant because I thought they would have tables overlooking the river. There was but one and it was occupied.
My wife had scrambled eggs, my mother had French toast and I had a Rueben. All the food was great. The service was solid. No complaints except for wanting to have a leisurely meal while watching the river flow past.

I really wanted baked stuffed lobster but there aren't that many places that actually serve it. We went to Lobster Boat and I ordered a 1.5 pound baked stuffed lobster. It was fantastic. Many restaurants over cook it but this was cooked to perfection, plenty of stuffing, and the claws were still juicy. My husband had the seafood dinner, which he loves. Our server, Melanie, is the best! I would definitely go back for this lobster.

Having moved from Mass to NH, I was looking for a good Italian restaurant that I could frequent with my wife. We found PastAmore and it has become my favorite restaurant.
The owners both work there and make sure to keep the quality up. We always enjoy the whole meal. They bring their freshly baked bread to the table. We usually start with their Supli (Arancini) or Ceasar salad both are excellent. They have weekly specials and a decent menu.My wife usually gets the Chicken Saltimbocca (Delicious), and because they are a scratch kitchen, I usually get a variation of what is on the menu. (Gnocchi - baked with their Bolognese sauce).
They gladly accommodate my requests.. I am so glad we found this restaurant.

Good burger many varieties and choices. Great onion rings, too, large portion. Not a lot of seating in dining area, though in good weather plenty outside tables. Fairly priced and good quality.
