The food at Pamela’s Bayou In a Bowl appears simple, but the flavors have remarkable depth. Pamela’s is known best for its NOLA flair on southern cuisine dishes and the reputation is well deserved. Some of the produces used at Pamela’s are harvested from local farmers in the Central Louisiana, and the corn bread and cake dessert are served warm crafted with real vanilla cream icing. Pamela’s offers something for the whole family tastebuds. The restaurant is both clean and tidy—despite having limited space and more customers than can fit inside at one time—and all the staff members there greeted my companion and me with smiles as warm as the southern goodiness they serve there. I would thoroughly recommend Pamela’s to anyone with a tummy needing to be filled with a lot of yumminess. I know I'll certainly be returning often!

We ate rather late in the evening, but the food was good and fresh. I had a salad and my friends had pizza. The meals were served quickly (which was great because we were really hungry!) Nice friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely return.

Here at Cajun Landing we would like to offer you a Enjoyable Dinning experience for you and family. Stop in to see us today.
This was a very relaxed evening, dining at Cajun Landing. From the deep fried rolls, crunchy and hot, to the charm of the wait staff, this was a memorable dining experience.
The Pontchartrain chicken, with a seafood mushroom sauce was so original and tender. The Catfish Blackjack embodied the authentic taste only found in Louisiana. The dessert menu was quite tempting, but the meal was filling, leaving no food morsels behind!
The casual atmosphere made our travel day attire welcome and the Mardi Gras music and decorations gave us a New Orleans feel, despite being miles away. Come with an appetite to the Cajun Landing.

Spirits is not your average restaurant. Since opening in the Garden District on the corner of Texas Avenue and Jackson Street in 1967, it has evolved into an Alexandria institution, a place where you can enjoy great food, great service and great live music in Central Louisiana. Always fresh and unique, our menu features fresh gulf seafood, burgers, poboys, pasta dishes and our famous Spirits salads. Spirits also has an extensive selection of domestic and imported beers in bottles and draft, a diverse wine list and a fully stocked bar for your favorite cocktail. Featuring free live music every Wednesday, we take pride in showcasing Central Louisiana's local musicians. Spirits also books national touring bands on Friday and Saturday nights. Check our calendar regularly as shows are added throughout the month. And Spirits offers a FULL catering menu. No event is too large, and we offer a plate lunch menu as well. Spirits Food & Friends is YOUR restaurant and your place between work and home. So come in, eat, drink and experience what we have to offer
The Spirits salad with grilled shrimp and the pepper jelly vinaigrette is an all time favorite. That and the fried green bean appetizer are all that I ever order, but anticipate that all offerings are just as tasty. Servings are large and good for sharing.

By far the best chinese food in Alexandria. They have great lunch specials. I love their Tiny Spicy chicken. Their portions are really large.

I really enjoy Verona's food, atmosphere and customer service each time I go. My favorite dish is the lobster ravioli. Oh, the lobster chunks!!! and sauce!!!! Yum!!!! The house dressing is excellent. It's sort of a red, tomato, Italian type dressing, difficult for me to describe, but is so fresh and delicious on the fresh salads served. I love to treat myself to a glass of Proseco as well. The rolls have such a wonderful yeast smell with a touch of cheese on top. Of course I have to have an expresso and cannoli for dessert. Take time here and savor everything! It is well worth it. I had the orange liqueur today that was at no cost to complete the meal after eating everything I could possibly hold. The lady who waited on us was so friendly as was the staff who served the salads and rolls. Real Italian food!!! Not fast food and a great place to chill out as if I was sitting near the square in Sorrento, Italy.

My family and I recently stopped for lunch at 1 PM. They were out of ribs and somehow lost my son's hamburger order. When they did finally make the burger, they made it wrong. Management seems more interested in hanging out and visiting than running the restaurant. May try again, but will more likely go to Chinese Kitchen

Legendary Food, Legendary Service
Ordered out from our Hotel after a late check in. Never did take out at Texas Roadhouse before, but I sure would do it agian at this location. The customer service was outstanding. Our food was not only ready when expected, the server went through our entire order to make sure we had everything correct. They even gave us a complentary soda and made us feel welcomed. Very impressive handling for a take out experience.

Food was delicious. Chips served hot with a great habanero salsa on the side to add to your regular salsa. Nice little porch area to sit on when cool. Find that they need larger air conditioning unit inside in this Louisiana Heat! Highly recommend the food.

Stopped here on our way down to New Orleans and what a perfect lunch spot! We had read reviews on restaurants in the area and Word of Mouth nailed it! The owner/chef was super nice to talk to and had great recommendations for places to go on our trip!
We had a pressed sandwich and wrap for lunch to keep it light but next time we will for sure order the bread pudding! Everyone was ordering the pot roast which is also on our list for next time.
Must stop shop if you're passing through and right off the highway a block or two.
