Al Ain is the Garden city of this Arab nation, an oasis town located next to the Omani town of Buraimi. Al Ain is famous for its lively, bustling Camel Souk, attracting breeders and buyers from all over the UAE, including merchants and shepherds from the Al Rashaidah tribes. Other worthwhile sites are Jebel Hafeet, the second tallest mountain in the UAE; the Al Ain Museum and Fort, built to protect the oasis from the raiders when Sheikh Zayed ruled the Eastern Region; and the Al Ain Wildlife Park & Resort. The Al Ain Oasis is the biggest in the region with thousands of date plams.

Trader Vics is always worth a visit for dinner, relaxed atmosphere and great staff . Would definitely recommend their chateauxbriand which just melts in the mouth washed down with one of their many delicious cocktails. Advisable to book especially at weekends and if you have the Rotana loyalty card it's even better. So given then a try !!

Al Ain does not use street addresses, this restaurant is located on Khalifa Street which is one of the main streets in the downtown area.
We went at lunch, and thought at 1:30pm we must have missed the crowds since it was empty. Turns out we may have been early, as by the time we left it was 1/2 full.
Food was very good, cheap, and plentiful portions. We shared 2 regular meals and 2 small plates between 3 people, and easily left 25% behind. Hummus was very good, and the falafel passed muster for sure. Grilled meats were good, but I thought they actually smelled a little better from the parking lot than they tasted.

Personal of hotel and hostess in restaurant is very politely, always with a big smile ... for example Sable, Nataly and Rezah is almost like family... Every hotel should have personal like that!!! Of course there are more quality people here: Binod, Jonatan and others are very nice... Very professional and polite staff!!!

Lay under the sun or relax in the shade of the pool side Sports Bar and refresh yourself with a fresh cocktail accompanied with juicy burgers, succulent Lamb chops and tasteful Deep Fried Prawns. Whether you live in Al Ain or just staying with us for a couple of days, watch your favorite sports events on the big TV screen.
Just remember the sun is so very damaging to the skin, either slather in cover up oils/lotions, cover in light fabrics or avoid the direct sunlight during peak hours. The guests were obviously enjoying themselves, lots of expats and their children. Some would call that a plus others were just annoyed. If you have a problem just ask the management and they will do their best to take care of your concerns. Changing rooms were a bit crowded and not as clean as we would have liked but otherwise a pleasant time for most of us.

Located at the Hilton Al Ain. Had dinner in the garden with a large TV showing being sports. Very efficient staff. But too expensive for very classical lebanese food. Nothing exceptional.

Reccomended by a local we came for dinner. Nice place outside with place for smoking typical houkar and eat great plates.
We ordered a mixed local UAE and Lebanese entree platter and a grilled king fish as main all topped off by mint lemon juice.
Great plates and flavours. The grape leaf rolls just amazing.
Service was not always on hand but we found a button near the tissue box to call them.
Reccomended

Was there with colleagues for a football game and some food. The food is of good standard and portion size. The staff are helpful and friendly. The sound system is really bad, IT needs someone with lots of sound engineering experience to sort out. AS the band were great, but couldm’t hear the singer or any of their talking. The toilet is external of the restaurant, its clean earlier in the evening, got dirtier and ran out of hand wash and towels later on. It’s part of the Al Ain Hilton complex.
General good, but the sound system in need of sorting out.
