Good food at this place.
Another good option for vegetarian food is RH Inn. Located opposite hotel regency. this property is managed by Retired IAS officer and is small with hardly 8 rooms.
But the food is prepared very well by the young boys and it gives homely feeling.

Actually I came with my sister and brother in law we ordered for nasi goreng, spaghetti, chicken satay and garlic bread. We were the only one in the restaurant ; it took quite a while for the food to be served.I like the Sphagetti tasty, nasi goreng was okay and chicken satay was not good, it tasted like a meatball nothing compare to the ones i tasted in Singapore, and the garlic bread was absolutely bad, the bread was so hard and crusted that i cannot eat it.Overall not a bad experience would love to come again

Magnolia Restaurant

Magnolia has amazing food but what's most noteworthy about the restaurant is the outstanding service. Their servers are polite and friendly, unlike most of the restaurants in the city. They're attentive and never fail to provide us with high-quality service.
Out of all the dishes served here, my favorite is the roasted pork with mashed potatoes, followed by the bacon carbonara. Their soups are absolutely delightful as well. I'm not too fond of the drinks but they're alright. Overall, I think it's the best fine dining restaurant in Aizawl.

I go here regularly for a quick snack or meet ups.
In comparison to most other places the cafe has decent Seating arrangements and is never too busy. And you can usually find parking around here.
In terms of food, it's pretty standard, variety of cakes and lots of sweet & savoury pastries. Coffee and tea our of out the Nescafe machines.

Enjoyed Zo Foods recommended locally for a real Aizawl experience, on the top floor of a tall building near Vanapa Hall, frequented by the football community of the city, with discounts once offered for those with Mizoran Premier League tickets. When enjoying the food, do have a chat about local football with the owner Mr Remruata Varte, a footballer himself and when done, thank his aunt for her singlar cooking.

Chopstyx Restaurant

The only Tibetan eatery in town. Come drop by and say hello

Reviewed By Jacqueline Z

Chopstyx serves amazing food, with my favorite being their kimbap and their momos. The restaurant serves a mix of Korean, Chinese, and Tibetan cuisine and has been my go-to place since its opening in 2015.
The recent renovations have made room for more Seating and new items on the menu. The service is good; the ambiance lively. But most of all the dishes are all made with an exceptional blend of flavors that no other Asian restaurant in town can compare.

Red Pepper

Reviewed By John A - Bromley, United Kingdom

This is a Mizo restaurant, serving traditional dishes from Mizoram. Each person gets a dollop of rice and an array of pickles and relishes served on plantain leaves. To this you add whatever mutton or chicken dishes or dal you've all ordered. And then you eat it with your hands. For dessert we all had ice-cream.
There were 12 of us in our group (8 locals and 4 Brits) and service was cheerful, quick and attentive.
How authentic the cuisine is I have no idea, but I loved it.
