We stop here often on our trek from Lubbock to Ft Worth. Today we had lunch portions of chicken fried steak and fried catfish. More than enough food along with family style bowls of green beans, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy. This was after the hot fluffy rolls and butter while we waited for the food. Always friendly service and a great meal no matter what we order.

Family of 4 ate here and spent $30 with the adults sharing a burger and getting an extra side of onion rings. Kids meals were a lot of food and probably could be split between the kids. The Heff’s sauce is made in house and was great. They serve Blue Bell ice cream and make shakes with them.
This is an order at the door restaurant. Self-service drink station with some bottled options. Staff was friendly and made recommendations for us which was awesome. All the food was good. We would go back if in the area again.

Outstanding steakhouse- probably the best restaurant in town. The steak Oscar is outstanding. No reservations so be prepared for a wait

The menu includes many specialties from Szechuan and Hunan from an award winning chef. The kitchen is open for all to see, just shielded with plexiglass. Scenes from China are etched in to the glass partitions around the dining areas. The staff was prompt and enthusiastic. The bird's nest with seafood was delicious and unique.

We had the Sharon ribeye, the smaller one on the menu and it was still more than enough, perfectly cooked and delicious, and came with two great sides. We also had the jalapeño appetizer with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon - yummy and fun, and the half order was perfect for two. The wait staff were all friendly, quick, and kept checking on how things were and if we needed anything.

My husband took me for my birthday. We arrived for dinner and were told the cozy front room was unavailable, so were seated by the bathrooms. The calamari appetizer was good but I was disappointed that it only comes with marinara and lemon. The stuffed chicken breast I ordered sounded great, I love artichokes, but the sauce had broken so was alternately greasy and lumpy with each bite. When I mentioned this, nothing was done about it. The mashed potatoes were fine, using a piping bag to make them look pretty is a nice presentation touch but they were nothing special. The only positive was our waitress, when my husband couldn't find anything he was interested in on the dinner menu, she offered the lunch menu, which was less expensive. Sadly, the monte cristo sandwich he ordered was very oily and deteriorated quickly as it cooled. The restaurant is very nice, rustic chic ambience in spades, but we found it to be an overpriced, underwhelming experience.

Not our best dinner by far. Although recommended by our hotel and some decent reviews. We were not impressed and most probably won’t go back. Our waitress was friendly and provided good helpful service. I had the coconut shrimp which had very small shrimp and way too sweet. My spouse had the pepper steak but had to send it back as it was not cooked as requested. This was corrected but still needed something else. As I said earlier the food was edible. But not something we would order again. Restaurant is small and has Avery basic atmosphere. Located in a strip mall there is plenty of free parking. Do not recommend.

Wood fired pizza is the greatest way to enjoy the mix of ingredients on the pizza. Vagabond uses quality cheese, meats, and veggies to make each pizza. The selection is limited, but the great taste in infinite. The wood fired oven allows the pizza to have just the right taste of oak. This is the place to also enjoy a wide selection of craft beers and wine. Pizza goes well with good drinks!! Try the meatballs and cheese and toast as a great starter to this pizza experience. The wait staff is well trained, prompt to meet your requires for a pleasurable dining experience.

Went with 3 friends, from pad thai noodles with tofu and chicken to spicey thai noodles. All dishes were excellent. Liked the way they rate the spice level from 0-5. My friend got level 3 and it was quite spicy, so be careful. Small, quaint spot. Service was good. Server had a heavy accent but we all communicated ok. Will return.
