The population was 8,908 at the 2016 census. In the early part of the 20th century the main thoroughfare in town was lined with willow trees on both sides for the length of the town, hence the community's name. As time marched on and the town grew, the road was widened and sidewalks were installed which required the trees be removed. Only a few of the original trees remain to this day.

We had breakfast here while staying in the Doubletree Resort. Nice and clean restaurant. There is a buffet for breakfast or order off the menu. Food was good but not great. Our server was friendly. Hilton Honors members get a discount on breakfast.

We stayed at the Carriage House Motel and used our breakfast voucher at the Speckled Hen the next morning. I got the French toast and my son got eggs and hashbrowns. The only reason I docked this place one point was because it took an awful long time for the food to come out and when it did it wasnât hot. It seemed like it had sat there waiting for the waitress to deliver it. Other than that it was enjoyable,

Let me start by saying, maybe some new friendly counter people would be an improvement. We were there last Friday night and the young girl who took our irder didnt even want to speak to us and answer our questions. Smoothies and bowls are a little pricey. We had smoothies and they were delicious and creamy. Would be nice if there was a drive thru. It was confusing to get to the actual store with the maze of roads behind it. We enjoyed it. When we pass through, we will stop again.

Came here by recommendation of friends for late breakfast and fell in love! Service is excellent and the quality of the food can't be beat! The best yogurt parfait with tons of fresh berries and the sandwiches are yummy.Decided to come back the next day because there was more to try and everything was wonderful! You can not miss ordering anything on their menu.
