We serve fresh + healthy fare including whole food smoothies, cold-pressed juices, coffee, teas and espresso and gluten free baked goods.
Just love their homemade fresh, organic juices. Have tried all of their fresh, organic juices but my favorite is the green juice. A fabulous way to start my mornings. They also make many fine hot drinks and fresh fruit smoothies. Yummy! Simple but very classy inside. Have various personal fragrances, oils, and other items for sale. Must visit more then once to try all of the different items for sale. The baked goods are all Gluten free! Pumpkin muffins are very nicely flavored. Service is exceptionally friendly.

This is not a typical restaurant, but a welcoming food coop (i.e., natural grocery store), open to the public, with a small seating area with a handful of tables and even a small library to read from while you're enjoying your food. It is next door to the Tip Top Building, a 3-minute drive from Exit 11 off I-91 and two blocks from the White River Junction Amtrak station. They have a hot bar with two home-made entrees and two made-from-scratch soups daily. The selection of hot items is limited, but whatever they have is always wholesome and I always feel good after eating here. Curry coconut sweet potato soup; African peanut soup; you get the idea. Since the selection is limited, it can be hit or miss, but if you don't like the hot selections that day, you can always go to the grab and go cooler of sandwiches, which are healthy, if nothing spectacular. They also have fresh baked good (made from gluten free spelt flour.) You can also complement a meal with fresh organic, mostly local produce (e.g., a crisp Vermont apple). The staff is typically quite friendly and I find the whole environment to be comfortable in a natural, sustainable, alternative way. While you're here, you can fill up your own container or one of theirs with local maple syrup in bulk among lots of other bulk items.
