Intimate, casual restaurant with welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Does not participate in discount programs (i.e., Groupon, Restaurant. com).
Recently went there with some friends and found the menu with only 7 items. None of the things I was reading about in other reviews were on the menu. So I opted for the 18$ burger as the 43$ 14 oz ribeye to me was way over priced. My wife got the scallops which were very good and my burger was fine. Reviews on the chicken cutlet were average. I too had a similar experience with the corking fee as we brought two bottles expecting to be charged something to open them but that wasnât an option. We did order one bottle of wine but the reality is they could have charge us 20$ a bottle and made 40$ for doing nothing but chose not to. Didnât make much sense. All in all good was good but options were limited perhaps cause of seasonal menu. Not sure we will be back.Sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations. If you had informed us of your feedback in-person, we could have accommodated you. While we make adjustments to our menu selections based on customer feedback, immediate feedback is the most helpful. Our chef sources quality ingredients at a reasonable price, and feedback on our steaks has been very positive (all cuts are not equal), so we're disappointed to hear you made choices on price alone. While we don't currently offer a corking service (due to potential for issues with homemade wines), we may consider doing so in the future. Did you call ahead to ask about a corking fee?

n 1981, the Bryants, a couple of Rochester teachers asked themselves, "What can we do to earn some extra cash over the summer?" Their answer: serving fruit salad at the Corn Hill Arts Festival.
Today we enjoyed this restaurant for the first time. The menu was incredible. It was hard to choose. The chicken waldorf sandwich was fabulous. The owner took time to talk with us and give us interesting information about the restaurant and neighborhood. He even let us sample two of the soups. They had great flavors. We just moed to the area and this is my new favorite place to go. The atmsophere is friendly, andcomfortable seating.

A full service, "polished casual" restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Beer, wine, specialty coffees & frozen drinks, served year round! We take the mystery out of crepes by fusing a French Canadian crepe, family traditions and America
We happened into this place on a whim while shopping in town. I'm so glad we did. I'm gluten free so I opted for the creme brulee oatmeal. OMG it was wonderful. Perfect oatmeal with sliced bananas, custard, and maple sugar glaze with fresh fruit on top. It's a bit pricey for oatmeal but so worth it. They do offer gluten free crepes made with buckwheat flour for an extra charge. When we got there I let the host - who was also apparently the owner- know we had an appointment in an hour. He sent our server right over. Family members had strawberry crepes and turkey bacon lettuce and avocado crepe. Everyone was happily impressed. Food was delicious. Server was quick and personable. We will definitely return.
