Wine bar serving organic wines & seasonal cuisine. Sharing plates. Summer terrace. Village Sainte-Thérèse.
I was really looking forward to trying this place. It seemed to have so much potential! Unfortunately, it fell very short. The decor makes you hopeful for a great experience, but the reality is way off centre. The service staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Perhaps it was their first day at their first job. The food was not bad, but it was not great either. If you have to wait longer than average for your dish, it better be worth the wait. We were also disappointed that they got the order wrong and forgot half of it, only to be told they found it strange that we had only ordered 1 appetizer.Maybe they were having an off day, or perhaps they had new staff or were understaffed? I may give it another try and be obliged to edit this review, but for the time being, I think I'll pass.

On Thanksgiving Monday we were going to TuttiFrutti for breakfast because our grandchildren love their chocolate crepes. You can imagine our surprise when we found out that the place was now Au Petit Chalet. Much to the displeasure of the young ones, we decided to give the place a try... Excellent, excellent choice. One of our grandchildren summed it up nicely...This is like a cabane à sucre(sugar shack)...plenty of homemade food, maple syrup (more needed) good pancakes and crepes, beans .. copious portions, great choices served up with a smile. The young folk have voted:This is definitely a keeper and they want to go back when they visit QC.

Du classique italien aux nouveaux favoris. Nos plats sont préparés avec des ingrédients frais et présentés en mettant l'accent sur la saveur et la qualité.
I first started eating at Giorgio's at their St Cath location in 1977 and always liked their recipe for success..of course with the years they have changed the menu and you can now bring your wine or beer.I have been at the Rosemere location at least 30 times since 1990 and will keep going..its still great food with great service.Andrew the manager grew up at Giorgios...and always greets you with a smile and a "welcome to my house" attitude. My only surprise was the change in the ice cream cake with fudge sauce..now its reg cake roll with ice cream and fudge sauce on top..good but not as good.Anyways...Great resto for an italian franchise chain.Chow..
