Stopped here for dinner as friend had found this online and reviews were good. Its reputation is well deserved. The food and service were impeccable. In fact, I am not a huge fish fan. More often than not, I am disappointed with fish and regret ordering it. This was the best salmon I have ever had in my life. The outside was slightly crisp, almost caramelized, yet the inside was juicy and tender. After biting through the crisp crust, it melted in my mouth. It was divine. Everything else was amazing. The service was personal and friendly. The chef came out late in the meal to say hello and make sure everything was good.I have nothing but positive comments and couldn't say enough. Please visit!!! Nice, little cozy restaurant inside the hotel. Wonderful food - fresh and healthy ingredients - prepared in innovative ways. Fish, lamb, meat and delicious salads. A good selection of beverages too. Very nice atmosphere (ambience, decoration, music) and very friendly staff.
