Quench sell a wide variety of freshly (as in while you wait) prepared juices. There is a wide menu to chose from, or if you believe you can put together a better combination than the expert owner (which I don't) he is happy to prepare something to your recipe. The juices are delicious, refreshing and no doubt good for you and the service is ultra friendly & efficient.Highly recommended.

My husband is a lover of Speightstown so for his birthday this year I decided we would go for breakfast in the area. Not being familiar with the eating places in the area a quick Google search brought up Island Plates and I decided to give it a try. We were definitely not disappointed and my family will definitely be back perhaps to try lunch next time around in the very near future. There is a quaint quietness to the area and the food and service were excellent - I had the eggs and baked beans, my husband the omelette and my sons had egg and sausage and pancake and sausage. The food is prepared fresh which is definitely a bonus and clearly with attention to detail. Pat (the chef/co-owner) even packed a little something extra in our take away bag as a birthday treat for my husband! :-)Thank you. It was really a pleasure to have met your family.Marie & I are happy that you had such a positive experience with us and that you are already planning your return trip!Enjoy your evening! Marie & Pat
