A little pricey ($35 for 3 scallops) but the food and service were very good. Able to sit outside and that was very pleasant.

Iâm usually a little skeptical of local coffee shops and cafes but the Pagosa Baking Company was great!! We had the quiche and it was great. The coffee (Americano) was great, just the right robustness and flavor (no chicory flavor). The staff were incredibly friendly and genuine. Keep it up, it works.

Located downtown Pagosa Springs, MEE is a fast casual counter-service eatery. The menu is highlighted by a Hmong flare including BaoBao Ribs, Buddha Bowls, Bangin' Hmong Tacos, and much more. Don't forget to ask about Specials or you will miss out!
Had a late lunch, yesterday, at MEE. Visiting Pagosa from Santa Fe, I had heard about this delicious gem of a restaurant. The three of us had tried several menu items. They all were far far above average. Fresh, nicely presented and something weâd order again on our next visit. The only bummer was the very weak hibiscus iced tea, as well as the cherry-rose tea.Canât wait to return to this friendly and delicious spot.
