We were there for lunch following the recommendation of the owner of the pousada we were staying at. It's a bit out of the way as it is on the opposite side of the main drag but a worthwhile detour! Three out of the four lunch selections were tasty and well presented: the moussaka not so much as it bore no resemblance to the real thing.

Unassuming restaurant on a side street with some street seating for people-watching and more tables inside. I decided to try this Italian spot based on reviews and wasnât disappointed (unlike with El Sitio). The owner is Italian and they are making pasta right in front of your eyes, super fresh. The menu is on a board so it changes often. I ordered the lamb and the tagliatelle and both were fantastic. Fresh and cooked perfectly. Highly recommended!

We had the perfect honeymoon! We have traveled all around the world, but after spending a freezing time working in Minnesota we wanted a warm and cosy place in our home country to spend our honeymoon. The pousada is amazing. Out room (jasmim) had an ocean view, two hammocks, an ofuro bath and a king size bed. We enjoyed every second of it. The infinite pool facing the ocean an the may full moon where an additional gift! Breakfast was incredible with everything you can think off. Fresh juices and tapioca ...omelets and a variety of homemade breads and cakes. A place to come back !

After reading all this good ratings we come here .The food could not reach the expectations at all.The glass and the plate was broken.The mango juice was not made out of ripe fruits . The fish was dead cooked we could not realise if was fish or meat. The vegetables overcooked and without salt also the rice without salt.And the oliveoil for the Salat was mixed with some cheap oil.In total nice Restaurant with terrible food will never come again.
