Recommended to go here for dinner by the hotel as their restaurant was closed..Good points: really nice staff, a bit confused, to say the least, but constantly bringing nibbles to stop you thinking about the long wait for you food... bad points: very slow service, no meat on the menu ( wish the hotel had told me it was a bio restaurant)Long wait for drinks and billMeso soup a little blandSquid tough and not prepared as well as it should be( remove the tough wings) languistine over cooked, and no finger bowl to finish offMaybe I just caught a bad night, but no return for me..Hi Mr PhilipAntibes. I spent 3 days with friends at Bagno Fernando. It was simply perfect. Excellent location, clean and very well managed. A glass of white wine watching at the sunset is a must-do.

I rarely write negative reviews but it is the case I have to. We have come here following TA recommendations, looking for some place with delicious pizza and salads. Though we had no possibility to eat them. When we've come (two adults and 1.5-years old boy), the cafe was almost empty, just two more guests. I suppose we were immediately considered as "problem" guests and the staff was supposed to took some measures to push us out.So it took about 5 minutes to bring us menu and about 20 or even longer of waiting for someone to get our order. The staff was washing glasses, running somewhere with bottles of wine and helping another company of guests to accommodate, but they had no 2 minutes to get our order. After my second or third sign I was said "Just a minute" and the service woman has disappeared for another 10 minutes. Afterwards, we have left this hospitable restaurant having neither possibility, nor with to taste their famous pizza. Perhaps it is really great, as said before, but I will not come again to try it for sure.Mi dispiace ma non ho capito niente di cosa è successo e il motivo del suo rammarico. Comunque ci diamo sempre da fare per soddisfare tutti i clienti. Se con lei non ci siamo riusciti mi dispiace.

High value restaurant. Iâve appreciated a the service. They offered me a small starter and a small dessert with the coffee. I ate âBranzinoâ and it was delicious. Just one negative note: the side dish was composed by just two small pieces of roasted potatoes, for the price of the dish I wish could have a bit more.

We found this restaurant from tripadvisor which had received the best rating of all restaurants in Marina di Massa. The place looked very conventional, it was located outside the tourist areas, and heavily favored by local Italian tourists/residents. On the contrary from most restaurants in the nearby area - which could only and/or were willing to provide service in italian - the chef was very helpful and could go through the menu in english. The food was fresh and prepared with very high standard. Prices were also moderately low when considering the pricy incredients and large portions. Overall the experience was exquisite, and we went there back2back nights even though our stay in Marina di Massa was short.Donât be put away of the looks of the place or the queues gathered at around 8pm, this place is an awesome place to eat fantastic and healthy seafood with a relatively low cost. Apparently they are opening another restaurant in Viareggio in the near future...
