(+)- Great View.- Scrumptious coffee.(-)- Service:Needed to clarify 3 times to 3 different staff members on why our coffees were not served 10 minutes after our foods were served.I order a package (Cappuccino + Cake). However, when finally the staff served the coffee, she did not recognized that the coffee should have come with brownie. Again, I had to ask.Staff seemed to be clueless there. This place has a great potential but they have to train and improve the service of the staff (URGENT).- Toilet was not hygienic. They have to pay attention on it.- Surprise:A staff member dropped a flammable thing on the floor right around the entrance door (the inly access to get into the cafe). They tried to cover the fire with many many and many damp clothes. Yet, It did work at all. I was a bit panicky to see how they handled the situation. I usggest then to get a fire extinguisher.

The setting of this restaurant next to the ocean is lovely, and the grounds of the resort are beautiful. Also, they accept credit cards. Unfortunately, the speed at which food is delivered here is unheard of.There is a warning on the menu even that claims something like, food is slow, because they are taking their time to make it right.Now I am ok with waiting for a good thing. But almost an hour for our three dishes, when we were only one of 2 tables sat in the restaurant, and then nothing was even very good! Even the BBQ prawns which I saw had high reviews on here, were bland and lacking any excitement. And a glass of ice to cool down the chicken soup for my daughter took 20 minutes! By then the soup was already cool!Sorry, but my advise would be to skip Warung Kelapa if you are in the area.Dear ShugrGrl55,We were so disappointed to read your review and to know that you left our Restaurant so unhappy.
