Great dinner (currently closed for lunch), reservations essential, interesting menu, excellent food, great services and idyllic setting (outside, August).

I really like this place. I go there most weeks to drink tea. The owner is called Paul and is always friendly. They make all their meals on the premises. I especially like their cakes. They sell a selection of equitable/organic products, which is nice. They have an interesting room upstairs, which you might not notice if you do not know it is there. They organise several events on various topics. The place is fairly central in Salon, but not in a location you would walk past. So, go to the clock tower near the fountain moussue in the centre of the town and take the Rue des Frères Kennedy (towards the north, away from the town) and the Rue Pontis can soon be found on the right.

Awesome burgers made with love ! Everything is homemade and cooked with the best ingredients. Mostly organic. We have a selection of meals for vegetarians!

Dinner on a weekday. Arrived a little past seven and by eight it was a full house outside. Burgers were cooked exactly as ordered and the kids burgers modified to their taste with no fuss, which is rare to see in France. The location is great with kids, who can run on play on the big square. Beer selection is small, but excellent, from an artisan brewery in Luberon. Nice to have something different than the mainstream choices offered at most restaurants in France. Service was very friendly and fast. Be aware their fries are soft, so if you like them crispy you need to ask if that's possible.

Nous nous y sommes rendus pour déguster un chocolat chaud et pour connaitre ce lieu au vue sa réputation de qualité. Les lieux viennent d'être rafraichis. Pas d'accueil nous demandons si nous pouvons nous assoir, il y avait un peu de monde. Nous nous installons au rez de chaussée. Après avoir relancé pour passer notre commande. Enfin la commande est prise. 3 personnes entrent. Elles ne sont pas accueillies, elles attendent puis il leur ait dit d'attendre une place de libre. Comme nous pouvions nous déplacer pour qu'elles puissent s'assoir (ce que propose aussi nos voisins) nous nous décalons. Nouvelle attente pour nous, puis une personne du service nous "plante avec vigueur" une bouteille de jus de fruit que nous avions commandé sur la table. Pas de verre. Une table voisine les verres de chocolat chaud sont déposés en vrac sur la table, les clients font leur service. Le chocolat arrive, il est très bon. J'oubliai pendant que nous attendions des amis puis des habitués sont entrés ils ont été servi de suite. Dommage cet endroit avec ce qu'ils proposent pourrait être très convivial.

Don't miss this fantastic place for a fresh, nutritious lunch but get there early because by 1:30 the stock is low and by 2:00 most things are gone. They take call in orders if you have one of their take-out menus and they'll hold an item for you. This place is not to be missed for a wonderful lunch.
