Locals Restaurant in now located at the historic Old House along the river in the center of town. This 1937 Arts and Crafts era inspired homestead is the perfect location for the fine cuisine prepared by European trained chef, Ronald St. Pierre.
Our dinning experience at Locals was first class. We could taste the freshness of the ingredients and perceive the skills and knowledge of the chef. In such a small town we where surprised by the food. To start with and courtesy of the restaurant we had couple of little treats. My husband had the Pacific Rim Bouillabaisse and I had the Fresh Pacific Halibut fillet. Both options where delicious and satisfying and so was the green salad we shared ( very fresh local ingredients). Our orange special dessert was tasty and the courtesy truffle was delicious. The restaurant is on the pricy side I have to warn. Thank-you so much for your positive feedback and attention to detail of what we take pride in! So glad you enjoyed your visit.

We are a cozy gourmet bistro and coffee roasting company, with food featuring unique creative flare & in house roasted coffee!
Love this place, I always get the eggs benny and it is always perfect every time I order it. The service is always fast and the plates are presented so clean! The atmosphere is pretty calm most of the time. They probably have the best hash browns hands down, I also enjoy the iced tea lemonade, it isnât your typical surgery Canadian ice tea, it is ICED tea and it is my fav. The Montreal skillet is also very yummy, come with toast as well and a side of jam! I highly recommend going here

The Guerrilla Food Company is the high quality alternative to fast food and the grocers freezer. With a focus on using local, sustainable products and processing everything in house TGFC bridges the gap from where our food comes from and our plates. Adher
Absolutely delighted about their pizza, it's about time that someone has created a healthy and delicious pizza with local ingredients. Jason and his team at the Gladstone are friendly, fast and and even willing to alter ingredients based on your desires. My boys love meat and they were very accommodating and even provided suggestions. They also have the handmade frozen food they offer at 534 5th Street that is easy to cook and superb to eat. It's once again prepared with locally sources ingredients, handmade on site and conveniently packaged. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
