Restaurant specialized in Nikkei kitchen.
Having travelled down through France for the last week, were looking for a nice Sushi restaurant to offer some fresh, light and delicious food- Nikkei didnât disappoint. The salmon especially was delicious- so soft and fresh. The owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the food and talked us through each dish. Would most definitely come again. Thanks for a lovely lunch.

I spent two weeks in amazing Valencia trying incredible food. I wrapped up my trip my having dinner at Soana on my last night. Ham croquettes, Japanese - Mexican fusion fish tacos with tempura style vegetables, a bannoffi pie to rival any British cafe all for 12 euros, topped with local wines and incredibly friendly staff with fast service make this the ideal restaurant to kick off or finish your stay in an incredible city!!!!

Had an amazing meal at this seafood restaurant just round the corner from the Mercado central. You effectively went to a market style fish counter and selected the fish you wanted to have and how much. They then cooked it and served with some tasty side dishes. We had Octopus, Scallops, salmon, prawns and sea bream. The staff were so friendly and helpful in selecting quantities and matching wine. Delicious - especially the octopus. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Valencia.taScottish_adam,Many thanks for those kind words, we really appreciated!come back soon!

We were very impressed by the service, cocktails and food at this restaurant. Both servers were incredibly attentive and took the time to explain all of the gluten free options available for us. They also have a gluten free brownie-cheesecake that was divine! They also had some vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. I had the vegan stirfry and was not disappointed. Will return! THank you!

We took the proposed menu which consisted of 5-6 small dishes, well varied, innovative presentation and excellent quality and taste. We asked Laura, who is the host and Lady of the house, her husband mastering the kitchen, for recommended wines per glass for each of the dishes. Well Laura has great professional skills and knowledge and served us various excellent wines ! We finished with an exquisite wine from Utiel area made from the now famous Bobal grapes.Laura also speaks fluently English tambien! Good experience and very recommendableA well run and dynamic journeyWell done

I had a lovely meal at this French restaurant located down a side street opposite the Valencia stock exchange and close to the Ceramics Museum.I made use of the outdoor seating at the front, and was looked after by two young staff members (one was French).Excellent food-medallions of beef for main course and fabulous crepes with brandy (flambeed at the table )It was a midweek evening and the restaurant was busy as I left about 8-00pm. It would be wise to reserve a table in advance to ensure a dining place.

Restaurant recommended by the MICHELIN GUIDE . Cuisine with touches. Haute cuisine at reasonable prices. In the historic center of Valencia, next to the Torres de Serranos .
See previous reviews: the smaller ânightâ tasting menu is plenty. The waiter tells you this, which begs the question why have a larger menu?Artichokes are in season, so a plateful with a mustard and honey dressing went down well. Prawns with celeriac and a truffle sauce; then sepia (cuttlefish) with mushrooms formed the 3 starters. The mains were fish of meat (pictured). Then we shared desserts,We had fizz to start , a bottle of white and a dessert sherry. 80 Euros the lot. The set 21 euro tasting menu keeping the price exceptional.Only one criticism: the service was odd. Staff were friendly but seemed in a rush. To give them the benefit of doubt, I think they wanted to appear efficient . But they brought all the same dishes at once to distribute amongst different tables. For example the meat mains came out, one was placed on our table whilst balancing two more then be taken to other tables. We then had to wait for the others fish to come out.Itâs worth a visit and you need to book
