We dine regularly for breakfast at First Watch in Clarksville IN on a regular basis. We have found when we travel in the So Indiana, Northern KY and now Nashville that we can find a First Watch. Quality has been very good from both service and quality standpoints. The Brentwood location was no exception. My wife loves avocado and raves about the breakfast entree that includes this. I have multiple favorites and have yet to be disappointed at any location. The million dollar bacon is a must to order and share if in a group. It's almost too good to be legal.

First Watch has a lot of menu items but my favorite is the salmon veggie frittata. It is delicious along with the seasoned potatoes. The wait staff is very personable. You get the old school diner vibe and a bigger restaurant. Our go to place for breakfast.

We actually visited the Downtown Nashville location for a quick breakfast, wanted a substantial meal without the guilt. Lovely smoothie bowls packed with protein, simple avocado toast on amazing bread. Girls working were all smiley and pleasant, which is a nice way to start the day!
