First visit - strange mix of bar - restaurant - live entertainment ! Booked for meet up with friends but def not the place for a quiet chat ! Made worse by the noisiest table next to us in Bournemouth ! The food was good however - Would say its more of a bar with food than somewhere to go and eat - which is a shame as the food and restaurant area is nice ! Plus ordering at bar and then having to queue at the bar your meal to pay on a busy Friday night isnât the best way to get return business !! Good vibe but confused identity - seemed / felt disorganised Hi DinerSouthsea -you've hit the nail right on the head, I think - we're a bar that serves really good food, and have live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays, which has been really popular with our regular clientele for the last 3 years. There's a huge welcome sign as you come in that recommends you order at the bar, although we're always happy to take your order at the table if you prefer - just ask us when you arrive, although we'll reinforce staff training to make sure we're all more aware of attention to detail as a consequence of your review so thankyou :)

We visited on a Saturday night. The restaurant was busy with regulars, groups and the odd tourist.The italian staff were matey with the regulars and happily entertained their kids. Perfetta atmosfera italiana. Service was quick and attentive and the pizza, I had pescatore, was of a decent size and genoursly loaded, however, it with a tiny bit bland; I got bored after a few slices. I had pizzas that were a lot worse but also better ones. Stil, it was a pleasant evening.

After wandering around Bournemouth for the day, we were desperate to find a restaurant that was actually quiet inside and had table service rather than only offering food ordered at the bar. Cliff Top hit the spot. The service was slow but the atmosphere was very comfortable and pleasant; zero complaints. Outdoor seating without smoking was splendid (and hard to find). We ordered fish and chips- the fish was spectacular, the chips were frozen from a bag. The bar across the corner has karaoke at night which you can hear just enough for a laugh and entertainment. Would recommend.Hello Birdmarg, thank you for leaving us a review. I'm struggling to understand the justification for only 3*, as you mention the frozen fries and the slow service, but everything else hit the spot perfectly.We will be changing our fries with our Cod soon, once we have another chef on board to help our head chef with the work load they'll go back to making the chips themselves.I'm so thrilled to read to see you thought our fish was spectacular, we think so too. A friend and I visited this coffee house recently. It was a lovely warm day so we sat outside on comfortable seating. The coffee was excellent and the service too, the staff were friendly and helpful.They also serve food in a very relaxed surrounding and on my next visit I hope to have the pleasure of trying out their food, and if it is as good as their cappuccino coffee then I am in for a treat. Well worth a visit.

We visit Yobu on a regular basis for the amazing frozen yoghurt. The staff are always really friendly. I have not personally tried the bubble tea but my niece loves it!! If you have a reward card you can earn points for free food/drinks too.

Visited twice for lunch and dinner. Absolutely love the decor and vibe. Both food and drink menus are creative with so many delicious options. Our favourite was the starter of scallops chorizo and pea purée. Our female waiter made our evening extra special with her amazing service, knowledge of menu and lovely manner. Thanks so much everyone. Will be making the hour drive to come here again.
