This is a very small restaurant run by a lovely kind couple that clearly loves what they do. The lady was the wine connoisseur. We decided to accompany our lunch with wine by the glass. She will make recommendations and let you taste before choosing. We had Douro Colinas do Douro, with our sardines, which were wonderful, Mare & Corvus with sausages and linguica, which were served with mango; the dish was very good, and others with our main dishes. Out of the way but worth a visit.

Sure, the burgers without the bread were amazing. I had the Gorgonzola burger and lapped it up. Both homemade sauces, a sweetish tomato salsa instead of ketchup and souped up mayonnaise, were very welcome and tasty. Sure, the prices were affordable. Sure, the service was swift and friendly. But what made this place wonderful was the pervasive feeling of fun...the sense that the staff was happy to be there. And so were we. These are the intangible assets of a place.Lots of good food in Lisbon. But ambience makes this place shine.

So happy to have discovered this little treasure in Lisbon - a feast for a *bio*organic*vegetarian*clean food lovers.The menu is not extensive (and that's usually a sign of quality), but everything on it sounds very yummy.I ended up ordering tofu césar salad, and I absolutely loved it!! My partner had a veggie burger with rise and it was also very delicious.Last but totally not least - the waiters are very friendly and welcoming, great and attentive service.I was sad we only discovered this restaurant on our last night in Lisbon, but will definitely be back whenever we're in the city again. Thank you for your love and passion for quality and sustainability. I wish there were more of such restaurants.
