Reviews on Grill food in St. Croix, Caribbean. Isn’t it romantic? The Caribbean island of St. Croix is practically the backdrop of a Hollywood love story. White sand beaches and lush rainforests set the scene for tropical bliss. Take in the historic small town charm of Christiansted and Frederiksted, sip your way through a spirited tour of the Cruzan Rum Distillery or explore the ruins of a sugar plantation. And the diving…oh, the diving. Think shipwrecks, think vibrant ocean life, think endless underwater possibilities.

Backyard BBQ at its best in a backyard setting. Live music Thursdays 5-8pm,Fridays 6-9PM and most Saturdays in season from 2-5pm. Serving slow smoked Brisket, Ribs, Pork, Turkey and Chicken BBQ, Burgers, Fish, Hot Dogs, Italian Sausage. Voted best BBQ on
I have literally passed 100 times over the years. Finally stopped in to what looks like a giant back yard BBQ. Happily surprised. Ice cold beer. Friendly Bar tender and on site and interacting owners. Live music. The guy actually had an amazing voice. The brisket was spot on and the sauce was tremendous. This will be a regular sop for me for now on. Can't wait to try a platter on my next trip. Felt like I was with family.Welcome to Blues Backyard BBQ. Thank you for the 5 star review. We are pleased you liked your first visit! Looking forward to seeing your face in the Backyard soon! Cheers

We visited Joeâs again this past week. They have been advertising a variety of alfredos, but what we had was tasteless, with a watery pale sauce and no flavor. The vegetables in the pasta were nearly uncooked and barely warm. We didnât finish it. The BBQ chicken was good, but was just a small thigh and a drumstick. Sorry to say, but based on our few visits, the food here is uninspired. The people next to us had wings - they looked pretty good.

last trip I sang the praises of this family friendly establishment. They are in a great location with no real competition.I got eaten up by mosquito's and had to cover my food from flies. Not acceptable and it destroyed my experience. Waitress was slow to check on me, so i sat and continued to get bitten.Perhaps a bug zapper and some nighttime citronella spraying, but when you have no competition, I guess you see no need.Food was very good but both sauces tasted "commercial" like they came out of a jar. Not bad, just not special. See pictures
Having tasted the food and service from their satellite food at Hotel on the Cay, wanted to try their more extensive menu. Place is small, sits back off King Street. There are umbrella tables outside and air conditioned seating inside. Food very good. Had the Shrimp kabobs with two sides. Prices reasonable. Only drawback...cash only.

My favorite meal from our trip to St. Croix was from Zeny's. We were walking around Christiansted and it looked open, so we walked in. We were not disappointed. We got pollo guisado, chuletas, mofongo, and tostones. Everything was fantastic. The chicken was especially good. We took leftovers back to our hotel for lunch the next day. Service was great. I will definitely be back at Zeny's during my next St. Croix trip.
