The Caper Grill serves authentic Mediterranean specialities with a modern, upscale twist. Pair any dish with a selection from the extensive wine list while admiring the restaurant's contemporary style and breathtaking Adriatic views.
We had just arrived at the hotel for a four night stay so we decided to try the Caper Grill, not a good experience. On the plus side, our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable, especially about the wine offerings. We ordered a sharing board to start which promises a âselection of national specialitiesâ. It was in fact, a very mean selection of mainly tasteless meats and cheeses and not worth half of what was charged. I had ordered the rib eye, which was cooked nicely but was so full of gristle that I could eat only half of it, the pan fried potato slices were burnt in places and still raw in others. I sent the plate back and our server agreed to remove it from the bill. My wife had sea bass, she said it was ok, a bit dry and over cooked but also extremely expensive. We would never expect such low standards from an international hotel restaurant, we wonât be going back.Hello Winners1,Thank you for your valued feedback. We are very disappointed to hear of your experience. This does not come anywhere near our standards of service and we will seriously take into consideration your review in order to enhance the performance at The Caper Grill.Thank you for praising our team members and its knowledge and attentiveness. We do hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back at which time we will spare no effort in providing you with the perfect food experience. All the best,Jesper VilsoeGeneral Manager at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split

Located in the West Coast promenade, nearby the ACI marina, Steak & Fish Lounge F-de mar is the new top spot in Split for all those looking for some delicious meals! Alongside stunning view of Riva, in the pleasant atmosphere of our top notch designed F&B
We had just arrived in Split, hungry, stressed from the driving...and found De Mar right on the marina. It looked a bit expensive....wide open to the gentle breeze, modernistic furnishing and an open kitchen...but the menu looked good and the wait staff welcoming. We ordered starters only with wine and water, and it was more than enough! The accompanying bread was hot from the oven, fresh baked and the local olive oil offered to soak was very tasty. Add the moveable feast of people watching, the sun going down over the sea and the lovely yachts....it doesn't get much better.Reasonably priced wines as well and we had exactly what we wanted for a good price.Yes, you can spend alot here...but you don't have to!

Bosso steak & burger house is a restaurant located in Nigerova street in Split, Croatia. We offer homemade burgers, steaks, salads, pizza and fish steak. Come and join us for brunch, lunch or dinner in our beautiful environment with live music.
Lovely burger however, customer service dreadful. Croatia...politeness and a smile costs nothing. Sat here and nobody has asked if we would like another drink or a desert. Had to seek out someone to pay the bill who happened to be the manager. Mentioned our poor experience and his response was âitâs the end of season and its a problem as no waitersâ Not good....itâs our holiday and weâre still paying you the prices on your menu! Thank you for sharing your comments, it is very important for us to know about your experience with us and only in this way we can improve our service and details to make future experiences even better.

Excellent. Langoustines in broth, grilled aubergine, flank steak, pork ribs --- all were well cooked and well presented. Much above the usual Split standard.A bit off the main drag, but well worth a visit. You'll need to book, sine it's small and (deservedly) popular.

WELCOME to Dalmatian konoba of 21. century. We are located in city center, in original stone house from 19th century under UNESCO protection.Enjoy products of Adriaitc sea, Dalmatian countryside and Croatian vineyards.Cheers!
From the food to the staff to the location. Everything was perfect, even the wine selection. The squid was cooked to perfection and the fish fillet (sea bass and swordfish) was tender and delicious. Even the other guests made the evening special (the wonderful Russian couple from New York). Definitely recommend

We want to inform you that the restaurant Laganini is closed for this season, we'll see you in May 2019.
Hidden away in the bowels of the Diocletian Palace yet in the open air. The ambience of this restaurant was quite unique. We had booked a table but still had to ask a tour guide itâs location. The waiter was a little over the top but was quite helpful. We only had main courses of Lamb Stew in green vegetables and chicken fillets with potatoes and veg. Wine by the glass was excellent and the whole meal was cooked to perfection. An enjoyable evening with the perfect ambience.

Toro Grill bar gives you an opportunity to choose between fresh meat or fish cuts (beef/pork/chicken/tuna/shrimp...) from our showcase and we will prepare it for you immidiately! .. if you want something healthier- try some of our salads? You can sit down
An unusual establishment that serves fresh excellent quality grilled meats, tuna and burgers like a takeaway that you can eat outside.I had a tuna steak, hubby had children breast stuffed with ham and cheese. These were both exceeding excellent and far surpassed anything else we had eaten since being in Croatia.Highly recommended and probably going back tomorrow!

First time in Croatia, and I had literally the best steak Iâve had in a long time maybe even ever! My partner also had the chicken and said the seasoning was excellent. Price is decent and the wine nice too. Very delicious all in all and would return.
