We're regulars at the Auberge, taking advantage of its delicious Menu du Jour offer. It is one of the few hotels in that beautiful area of Rolle / Lake Geneva. After a long period of closed doors the Restaurant reopened recently. Young staff tries hard to make you feel good. Choose to be in the "bistro/Resto" part or in the "upper class part" with white table cloth - makes no difference to the food.Thank you for your feed back which motivates our whole staff. We look forward to welcoming you again, maybe on our beautiful terrace ?

Always nice to go to Balthasar, never disappointed. The manager greets you at the entrance, the staff is nice and helpful, the food always delicious. We had cocktails maison and the formule, steaks and chips and secret sauce and fish. The Christmas deco was perfect as well.

We had been out for a long walk, and decided that we didn't want to go home and cook. So we dropped in to Restaurant Le 14, and got a table no problem. They have a wood oven to cook the pizzas so great flavour what ever you choose. In summer there are table outside to enjoy the sun.
