We came couple of times. The menu is really short and you can also choose from daily offer. They always reflect ongoing season therefore, I assume the food is always fresh.I tried once their ceasar's salad. It's simple yet, restaurants here tend to add some unorthodox stuff into it. In this particular case it was orthodox as it should always be.Once or twice I came for some burgers and I was very contented. They know their game working with meat. Once they offered me fish & chips, which is my favourite bite still, until now it is quite unusual to even have it on the menu in our region. Nonethless, it was amazing.Most recently I went for chicken breasts with tagliatelle and creamy champignon sauce. Again, I praise the cook, because he knows what's he doing. I don't even remember if I have ever eaten chicken breasts so juicy.Last but not least, the service was nice and the coffee was good. The ambience of the bistro lies in its purity. There is not much except a bar and couple of tables with chairs. The house is kinda small, so by lunch time it could be noisy.I am happy to say I wish to come for lunch or dinner more often, because there is hardly a place with that high food quality set far and near.

A cloudy rainy evening saw this place full with a great vibe. Friendly helpful staff even though he didn't speak a lot of English. Good range of meals to choose from. I chose the shredded pork on fresh pasta which was excellent. My husband was about to order the pulled veal burger but switched to the age or air ( can't remember) rump steak. Living in Australia we eat lots of good quality beef. This was kind of chewy but cooked tender probably better if had ordered it rare. However the salt overpowered the beef flavor. So he unfortunately didn't enjoy it.Thank you for your review. We are really happy that you enjoyed your meal. On the other side we are really sorry that your husband's steak wasn't as good as you wished. Every ,,steak lover " prefers steak in different way. We try to prepare the steak as good as we can. We hope that you will visit us next time too.

Daily menu (selection of 6 different meals) and two kinds of soup for just 5,90 euro. Big portions, and very tasty. Real Slovakian kitchen! In the city center, next to shops, restaurants and train station - highly reccomend! We were very unhappy that we visited the place on our last evening.Please bear in mind that it is rather a small bar than huge restaurant, but the staff is very friendly and has positive attitude. You receive your meal very fast!We are very happy for your reaction Thank you!!

Great varieties of coffee, nice service, also possibility of having something small to eat. Home made cakes. I always like to go back to this place

A new microbrewery opened this year. They make good quality beer. The place is new and everything looks nice. Location is also central- across the street from the main square. They should sell bottled beer soon as well. "Bear brewery".
