Very good value, small restaurant that can get very busy. Friendly efficient staff. Menus with some different ideas eg pork with clams which was excellent but very filling. Some decent wine in half bottles.

This is a lovely restaurant with wonderful staff & live music on a Friday night!The Sangria & traditional Portuguese stew was wonderful- we will definitely eat here again. Highly recommended

Visited this restaurant twice in seven days on a golf week. The burgers were definitely some of the best we'd ever tasted. Juicy and well cooked. A very good menu. Nice, clean and a good bar outside and inside. Well recommended.

We had a couple of meals at Restaurante O Duarte on a recent holiday in The Algarve. The staff are all very friendly, and speak good English. The food is lovely. In particular, we can recommend the prawn cocktail and Grilled Tiger Prawn (especially if you like your prawns on the large side, as I do - these are like small lobster, and are delicious). The Prawn Spaghetti is another dish which is very nice.The restaurant also does a very nice Sangria.We would recommend Restaurante O Duarte.

Been going to Johnny's for the last 8 years now. Sometimes been twice in a week and twice in the year. We have been on a Sunday afternoon listening to music on the terrace which is always excellent and the party nights. My husband and I always have a fab time. The food and entertainment is excellent. Johnny is brilliant on the sax and a great host. If you like the sax, a good dance and a quiz this is the place to go. Johnny's wife Sue cooks all the food and she is lovely. The staff are also amazing. We love this place. We will be visiting again next year. Look forward to seeing you Johnny and Sue. With best wishes Tina & Paul
