Reviews on Grill food in Muscat Governorate, Oman. The Omani city of Muscat is predominantly populated by Islamic Arabs, though it also has a sizable, non-resident Indian population, further rounded out by American, British and Dutch citizens. Muscat is a tolerant and progressive city, where English speakers are relatively common. Arrange fares beforehand if seeing the city by taxi. To explore further, consider renting a car. Don't miss the imposing Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, atmospheric Old Muttrah Souk, Al Alam Royal Palace or Al Jalali Fort.

I ate here as I was staying at the Grand Hyatt and didn't fancy the buffet for a second night. it is very atmospheric on the rooftop - so a nice setting. It was November so the temperature was very pleasant - it would be too hot in the summer. You order your main course and you then have a buffet choice of starters and sweets. Beverages are included within the inclusive price.I had surf and turf with tenderloin and a lobster tail. The meat was delicious and the lobster was good. Portion size was a little small. Staff were attentive.Well worth a visit - but it is not cheap eats!

my family eats turkish food regularly, since this place got high mark than our other favorite restaurant so we like to try the difference. It is slightly better deco, but we visited at wrong time (4:30pm in the afternoon, we were the only table). Might be the owner or manager with turkish chef were lying the cover the seats just behind us. The loud snore made us feel pity for these 2 poor guys work for such long operate timing. Many food were not available, our orders came quick and reasonable. But we never visit again.....

An elegant ambience with ethnic interiors, serving delectable home made cuisine; take you back in to living in vintage Omani culture. Choose a whole new experience of a beautiful candle light dinner on the lawns, accompanied by myriad stars or a cozy meal
Kargeen has a great ambiance, just make sure you are sitting outside (when the weather allows it) it gives you that Arabic experience, their service most of the time isn't amazing/slow but the food is good. Try Kargeen bread it's a specialty. Their menu is wide from pizza to Omani food.

The Sheraton has been designed well and has a very pleasant outdoor dining area next to the outdoor swimming pool. Whilst one could eat inside, on a warm evening that made no sense. On a Thursday evening they offer an Argentinean parrilla evening where you can eat as much as you like from a cold buffet (starters), and then eat as much meat as you wish from a barbecue grill. For a fixed price, especially as I was hungry, it was good value for money; all of the food was excellent. I especially liked the beetroot smoked salmon and the grilled large prawns. The music consisted of a girl singer playing to an existing soundtrack â she was inside the building and the speaker outside only worked some of the time â twice I had to ask why the speaker wasnât working. Iâd suggest she should to be positioned where the guests are actually dining. The service was good though I felt the waiting staff were trying too hard â a good waiter should be invisible and not draw attention to himself â to see a waiter literally running may impress his boss but it doesnât please the guests who are there for a relaxing evening. There were plenty of waiters so it wasnât necessary for any one individual to be rushed off their feet. Iâd also suggest that staff briefings should not take place in front of guests â the Sheraton surely has enough rooms for a private staff briefing to take place (or it should have taken place earlier). The choice of wines was good (Chilean Sauvignon Blanc and USA Gallio Cabernet Sauvignon), though for an Argentinean evening it was surprising the red didnât come from Argentina. At 33 Omani Rials / £69 per person for me it was good value for money.Dear Serious Traveller01,Thank you for choosing to Asado, South American Steakhouse and for posting feedback of your dining experience on TripAdvisor. We are pleased to read your review and are delighted that you had an enjoyable meal and that our services exceeded your expectations.
