We were lucky as another guest explained the menu to us. We decided to be guided by them and ordered their local speciality back pudding (morcela) and meats. We cleared our plate, very tasty!

This is by far the best grilled chicken I've ever tasted, so tender, so juicy, so tasty. This is a family owned place attended by all members. They only serve chicken, rice, fried potatoes and salad. We had a very vast lunch with house wine and coffee for 4 adults and paid just 26 euros..... yes , 26 euros for the whole family lunch. The restaurant is small, not fancy but delicious. All locals go to have lunch here. Be aware that is only open for lunch and they close at 3 PM.If you are visiting Fatima, this is your no brainer lunch option. It is only a 10 minute drive from the Fatima church and absolutely worth it.

One of the ways a restaurant can be rated is by the quality of its mashed potatoes, and this one is on my top 5.Large choice of dishes, grilled beef, pork, salmon, cuttlefish, salads and starters, great assortment of desserts and cheese.Easy parking in front of the restaurat.
