On another brief stay in Leek, we had the chance to eat here once again. Really enjoyed our first visit, so looking for a opportunity to return. It was a lot quieter on this occasion, being midweek. The staff on our visit were good, but not over friendly. Really enjoyable two courses, interesting menu, pleasant surroundings.

A tiny restaurant which, to some, may lack the embellishments of many restaurants, but if your focus is upon brilliantly flavoured food, great service, and a lively informal atmosphere, then The Street Grill delivers superbly on each front. The menu is absolutely minimal in range (Good!), although the choices are varied and appear to change occasionally. Dexter steak (stunning)and Jerk Chicken (wow!) are just two of the 'mains. Every aspect of the menu is carefully focussed upon quality and flavour. The choice of wine is decent too. All-in-all, a cracking little restaurant, and good value too!

Proudly surrounded by the ambiance of Leekâs industrial history, Shoobridge Mill presents The Old Mill Smokehouse and craft ale bar. Created by Nathan and Bernadeta who share a passion about excellent food and drink, authentic flavours and creating good m
Love the food here. Good size portions, when I say good be careful with your starters as the mains are pretty big and filling.Four of us ate here this time, all thoroughly enjoyed the food. They had a little issue with the drinks when we ordered our second round. Half the beer menu seemed to have changed and one of the ones left, that was ordered ended up not being available either. They replaced it with a similar beer and the person who had it say he preferred it to the one he originally ordered so well done there.Good evening,We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your visit, despite the minor issue. Due to our range of craft ales being changed often, they can change during service and there are occasionally no opportunities for us to update the beer menus on especially busy nights, we apologise about this and are hoping to improve. However, we are pleased to hear that it all worked out for you and that you loved your food.Thank you,The Old Mill Team.
