The Japanese hotpot was good, the service was a very long wait, but waitstaff friendly. It was a good place for young Australians on a ski holiday wanting to drink a lot of beer and ski.

飯山で宿泊したホテルから歩いて３分。コンビニの人に勧められて夕食に選びました。入口は赤ちょうちん系。中に入って一瞬ぎくり。焼き鳥屋さん風でもなく、壁には水着のギャルポスターがたくさん貼ってあり（カレンダーかビールポスターか？）、あれ？と思いつつ奥のテーブル席へ。メニューも品数は多いとは言えず。。。焼き鳥屋なのに、今日はこの４種類のみです、と言われ、お願いしました。でもこれが美味しかった！豚バラ焼肉もトライ。これもうまかった～！外観とか店内の雰囲気とか関係ないわけで、美味しければそれでよし！

Found the food very good and inexpensive . Other restaurants were often booked out but we found this one to have seats. I don't think that the Japanese owners market to the western crowd . Spoke to other people who were eating there and they too had returned for the food.

It’s pretty much only burgers at this place, but it opens until very late. We went there as a family with two kids 5 and 6. They loved the burgers and so did the adults. The person serving was super friendly, you don’t seem to need to book and they seem to be able to do large groups.
