Ideally located in the main street of the resort, L'Alcyone is a restaurant owned by the same family since its creation in 1995. Traditional dishes such as mussels fries or recipes of meat and fish are added with pizzas and burgers for more diversity. The
three of us, all had good food. It was surprisingly good and local food in generous portions.good value wine (a lovely rose for £10.20)really charming service... with helpful information about local dishes..Some genuine hospitality which we really appreciated on a cold wintry night in a deserted summer resort!

Had a really good meal here on Saturday. Great food, friendly and fast service, and no pretentiousness what so ever. Seafood - expecially muscles - are very good here, as are the salads, and they dod a good line in pizzas which went down well with the kids. All pretty reasonably priced and very generous in quantity.Tanks a lot Julian for tour excellent comment. What a pleasure to read how you appreciated our cooking and services.Hope See you again soonCh. Stopped off for lunch at this friterie in Quend. Excellent quality frites and fresh sandwiches (I recommend the tuna) served by a friendly waitress at table. there is plenty of outdoor seating with a covered area when it's raining. There's even an on-site toilet. The friterie serves beer, soft drinks and wine too.
