My friend took me to this place as a dinner treat and it was a lovely treat! The staff were friendly, The kitchen area was visible and clean. The service provided was friendly & efficient. The place is small and cosy which means the service given feels like a personal touch. I ordered one of burgers with chilli fries. They have a wide selection of burgers, starters and sides. The burger arrived with onion rings which was a sweet touch and the fries were really crispy and tasty. Iâd recommend this place and when Iâm back in luton I would like to visit this place again. There seemed to be only 2 members of staff on duty when my family and I went there.Place was empty. We ordered our starters which were nice .. plentiful however lacked flavour, e.g. houmous was runny and lacked garlic flavour, chilli sauce was not hot. It may be that Lebanese food is like that because never eaten Lebanese before, however have eaten Middle Eastern food like forever and itâs generally mouthwatering tasty. Not here - edible but not tasty enough. Also the food was not temperature hot enough. All in all it was ok. Only been open six months so hopefully by looking at their reviews they will try to improve. Good luck Charcoal House - Dunstable.
