Second time I visited and did not like it anymore. We were with a party of foreign scientists for a late dinner but did not feel welcome. Food was so-so and the setting in the backroom is not great like the seating in front. The worst was the service by a strong madam clearly trying to work as little as possible on serving us.

Le spécialiste des moules dans la région depuis 1948. Grillades, plats brasserie belge. Plats enfants. Possibilité de menu pour groupe. Terrasse bord de Meuse sur la croisette. Ouvert tous les jours midi et soir. NOUS NE PRENONS PAS DE RESERVATION EN TERR
28 euros for a bowl of mussels and chips is ridiculous especially when the lobster bisque they're supposed to be served in is just a very salty stock. Baked potato, first one cold, second one not cooked through. Rushed staff, cramped tables and a general canteen atmosphere which didn't justify the 68 euros bill for two. This included two mussels with chips/potato, a bottle of water and one glass of house wine. I'm sure Dinant has better options than this, especially at this price.

A great place for lunch and / or dinner, meat quality, fresh vegetables, fresh pasta, homemade sauces, Mussels, club sandwiches, homemade pancakes, ice, COCKTAILS.... Tarasse beside Meuse. Open every day from 10 am to 22 pm Closed Wednesday
This is as impressive as it is unexpected. Very ordinary-looking, it succeeds by offering a limited menu, using first-rate ingredients, and cooking them impeccably. Brochettes are outstanding. We visited twice, so can vouch for consistency too! For rail buffs, a great view of trains across the river.
