This place is a definite if you're a meat lover, the service was really good and prompt with the staff having smiles on there faces. We didn't go for starters as the mains looked big so we had dishes from lamb shoulder and lamb chops all the way to the big steak which is done in such a way it makes the restaurant stand out from others, the chef does most the cooking and then they bring steak over on a hot plate for you to finish of at the table and it's a big old size . Brilliant place to go we will be back again...

Good food but patchy service We had dinner here and were welcomed promptly and seated quickly. The menus were on the table and the waitress arrived to take our drinks order with almost indecent haste. As we like to see what wines are on offer and sometimes ask for a recommendation this seemed a little rushed. Unfortunately although the waitress was nice, her English was limited so ordering took a little time. Another waitress arrived for our food order but since we were not really ready she said she would come back in a couple of minutes, âmaybeâ. The order was taken ten minutes later. When the food eventually arrived the starter was very nice as was the main course which also took a long time to arrive. The portions were ample making them good value for money. Our plates were taken so rapidly and with no acknowledgement that there was no time to ask for the dessert menu. Once more it took a long time to catch anyoneâs attention and once the order was taken it was again a long wait before the food arrived. All in all, it was not the relaxed experience we had expected. They could take a lesson in customer service from their sister restaurant, Don Leone.Dear Emptynesters,Thank you for writing this review about your experience with us. When visiting this restaurant last night, we ordered bread, olives and garlic aoli to nibble on inplace of a starter followed by spaghetti bolognaisse for me and penne pasta with prawns & salmon for my husband. The dishes were standard pasta dishes that you canât really go to wrong with, so I can only describe the food as average. Presentation was nothing special. Nothing to write home about. Had we ordered something more specialised we may have been impressed as other tables, I noticed, had been served some delicious looking plates. The environment is pleasant and the gin measure was generous. The prices were about average for Cala DâOr.

After days of craving tapas, my friends and I decided to stop at Los Amigos after having had paella a few nights prior in the connecting restaurant Gustos. We rocked up just after 7pm and just missed Happy Hour however the guy on the door said we could have a free glass of sangria! (Weâd already decides at this point we would eat here due to the menu choices but this just sealed the deal) We decided to opt for the â¬26 all you can eat tapas menu which actually turned out to be pretty much the whole menu (excluding âmain mealsâ and âMexican partyâ) we ordered 8 tapas dishes between 4 of us which we were not disappointed with, everything was delicious and we finished in around 10-15 minutes between us, we ordered a second round of tapas and ended up having 10 dishes this time! Needless to say that everything we ordered was delicious and we couldnât fault anything. Mick our server from Denmark was attentive and funny. We would highly recommend Los Amigos to anyone and will definitely be returning next year!

Called in for a late dinner, 21:30, and chose the rib eye steak and whole BBQ chicken. Both came accompanied by great veg, jacket potato / chips. Peppercorn sauce was optional and it was very tasty. Mike the waiter was very friendly and knowledgable. He recommended other places to eat on our trip too, and was generally top class. The food was cooked to perfection and the whole chicken was moist, tasty and would recommend. We had a bottle of Red and the bill was a fair â¬60.
