My dad and I came to this bar/restaurant on a recent trip to Appenzell. Service was super quick and the food was really nice. Would come again!

Second time at this restaurant and both times were really average. Food is not so tasty, lousy whiskey selection and cold atmosphere. Will not be back.

Etwas abgelegen, aber gut erreichbar, phantastische Aussicht von der Terrasse. Der Wirt auf Du zu Du, gutes währschaftes Essen, auch die hausgemachten Fladen (Kuchen) waren hervorragend frisch. Das Restaurant wurde frisch renoviert und ist heute ein typisches lokales Beizli, gut besetzt mit Gästen, vielen Festen, Taufen, Geburtstagen etc. mit life Musik, Jodlern und Handörgeli etc. Reservieren empfohlen.
