The place offers good quality meat related dishes and especially on weekends is full of families as it's been around for 40+ years without lowering its food quality. Service is fast but not something special as it is a typical tavern. It does deserve a visit to taste lamp chops, baby veal, tasty burger and more. It is located in an area that makes it hard to visit without a car. There is parking in front of the store that accommodate 10-15 cars and the rest park in the area. Bear in mind that It has nothing special in terms of decoration / atmosphere. you just go there to eat well cooked / grilled meat!

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant in October while on vacation in the Athens area. We were staying in the suburb of Pikermi and this restaurant was less than a block from our location. The beef was excellent as was the staff, and they have an upscale looking decor as well as outdoor dining available. The prices were mid-range but even the American-themed dishes (i.e. hamburger and fries) were top-notch.

Restaurant near Athens airport. Our music tavern "Arhontikon" is located in Artemida (Loutsa) and it has a fantastic sea view. Here you will enjoy tasty seafood and other traditional flavors from the greek and mediterranean kitchen. Our main purpose is alw
I was in transit at Sofitel Athens airport and asked about a local place for lunch. This typical Taverna comes and picks you up and drops you off which in itself is pretty impressive. The food and beachside location is so typically Greek and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience here. Of course I over ordered and couldnât finish everything as the portions are so generous, but wanted to try a few dishes and was not disappointed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and looked after me well and everyone gets a pre meal ouzo and dessert on the house - not that I could eat dessert with my satisfied stomach (and for me, thatâs rare!) The biggest problem is choosing what to order from the vast menu which is a great problem to have. Highly recommended!

Paeania, the Liopesi of some decades ago, is scenic, pedicured and with several good eateries. Chouneri was gloriously described to us by gourmet-realis-aficionados, three in one. Cospopolitan eaters with a capacity for value for money. Our visit was memorable in approaching the rustic eatery, enjoying the articulate maitre d'o ~owner and the chief waiter and the clientele but:The little shrimps in the cone badly fried and with a disheartening aftertaste The weeds similarly in colour-texture and the tasteThe bakalao badly desalted and oven-grilled clumsily lacking body, tecture and that particular succulence of the Icelandic sagaFrench fries or chips badly friedCabbage and carrot salad wiry cut and dryPleurotus mushrooms banana-esqueAsparagus omelette- again nothing to write home about'Steaming' food presented with delayHouse wine acceptableProbably the night or our selection were not serendipitous but still- We do not reccomend it. We did not ry fresh fish though. The tray with the starters going back again was not inspiring.Prices moderateService very good

Traditional Greek family Fish Tavern Since 1955. We always offers fresh fish, traditional Greek cuisine recipes and homemade dishes, created always with the best and freshest local products everyday. Upon arrival at Maridas traditional seafood restaurant,
We decided to visit Marida after reading TA reviews and not disappoint. We had steamed mussels, octopus, calamari, fried vegetables some local beer and uzo. All were perfect. We are at Athens for couple of more days and we will visit again before our departure .

Greek traditional restaurant with tasty food and excellent wine from local winemakers. Friendly environment. Live greek music every Wednesday night and Sunday noon.
What a find for our first night in Greece. Recommended by our host we had a delightful dinner. The waiter spoke excellent English, and made a couple of suggestions - the feta cheese soaked in honey was incredible as an appetizer and on his suggestion we shared the lamb stew. This is some of the best lamb we have had any where. We finished our meal with a traditional dessert which was complimentary. The price for two with wine and beer was 22euros. Just a wonderful experience. If you have a lay over in Athens airport jump in a taxi and go.

Mesoghaia is the place for the eclectic guest, seeking taste, originality and aesthetics. The completely renovated restaurant will surprise you with its modern design. Rose gold details, oxford blue finishes and white marble surfaces give to it a distinct
Charged 6 euro for a small bottle of fizzy water 250 ml. A complete rip-off. Mousaka was awful!!! Service slow. Stay awayDear valuable guest,Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to learn that the mousaka was not up to your expectations and took notice as well of your remarks for the service and the beverage prices. Your feedback is very important for us in our continuous efforts for improvement and helps us better understand your expectations.Best regards,George Stavrou

The family owned fish-restaurant âRementzoâ managed since 2002 to take a spot in the preference of the locals, as well as the visitors of our beautyfull city Artemida (Loutsa), near the Athens Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos). We continue to welcome friend
Beachfront dining, good food and service don't always go together, however, here they do! The view is unending. We had an absolutely delicious fresh salad to have with our dinner, was the best salad we've enjoyed in ages. Everything was delicious and the service was so friendly.
