Das Essen im Melathron ist gut, weswegen wir dort regelmäÃig gegessen haben. Allerdings werden wir nicht mehr dort hingehen, wir sind maÃlos enttäuscht. Es ist nicht möglich, einzelne Beilagen eines Gerichtes auszutauschen (auch nicht gegen einen Aufpreis). Vom Wirt wurden wir bei den letzten beiden Besuchen darauf verwiesen, dass wir die gewünschte Beilage ja separat bestellen könnten (wenn ich mich recht entsinne, wären das zusätzliche ⬠5,50 gewesen) und das, was wir nicht essen wollen, könnten wir ja liegen lassen. Wir gehen jetzt in ein anderes, flexibleres und mehr an den Wünschen der Gäste interessiertes griechisches Lokal, das Melathron hat 2 Stammgäste verloren.

Siamo stati a cena durante un soggiorno a Schwabach, ci siamo trovati bene in quanto la cucina greca, ed in particolare degli emigranti in Germania, ha sempre avuto un certo fascino, dal forte e aromatico uzo all'inconfondibile feta tutto ha rispecchiato la più chiara tradizione del paese ellenico.

It was a little to chilly to sit outside the night we visited but inside was comfortable nice. Food was great especially the Octopus salad for appetizer! Overall a great meal, good service and good value.

This is the third restaurant in the Konigsplatz square I have tried this week and delighted to report another excellent meal. The grilled Lamb was delicious and beautifully seasoned as was the Calamari. Service with a bounce and a smile in quite a nice light and atmospheric environment was a great way to round of my week in Schwabach.

Service was impeccable the food was good, but not outstanding. The calamari was almost impossible to cut. The texture was like a rubberband. The gyros was very good.

A popular locals place in Schwabach. Food selection was extensive with many different Greek combo dishes. The Lamb Cutlets were especially tasty. Service was typical in a restaurant in Germany. No one rushes you and you finally have to request the bill. English spoken here also altough majority of our family spoke German. Parking can be an issue on busy nights.
