We had a large group and a last minute change of plans, they were gratefully able to accommodate our party of 19 at the last minute. We had a mix of pizza and salads, which were all quite good. Very pleasant experience all in all.I'm glad we could pull through and really help make your night special, John! From the outside it looks like a fast food place. Inside it is not, casual seating with benches. Food is cooked to order. Menu has various Greek specialties including desserts. I enjoyed e chicken souvlaki platter, my friend ordered a pork souvlaki which unfortunately was a dry side.

The Silver Star, in Norwalk, is your basic American diner on steroids. Itâs a huge place (they can do banquets here), with a menu to match â youâd need months to work your way through it. Well-lit, with a lot of mirrored walls; in all, a pleasant ambience. Open for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. You can get anything from a hot dog to moussaka to huevos rancheros to a three-scoop waffle sundae. Portions are generous, to put it mildly. Full bar. Service: all right, considering how busy it is. Not fancy (doesnât try to be), but very good. All in all, deservedly popular.

On our way to a Sunday family outing we had brunch here. Food was hearty and fresh. Coffee excellent. Service for takeout was a bit slow. Felt like we might have been forgotten on a busy day.

This is our âgo toâ place for pizza in this area. We had good service by Lourdes. The antipasti is always good. Salad dressing is excellent. We enjoyed the âmeat loversâ pizza. Very good. The place is often crowded. And when itâs crowded it is very noisy. So, be prepared.
