awesome fish - delicious and very fresh. Lovely service - you feel to be the part of the Greek family - owners really cares how do you like the food and atmosphere. Everything was very tasty and for very reasonable price. Plus you get a very good desert and limoncello as a present at the end. We truly enjoyed this place and were visiting it several times during our stay in Stalos.

Great value good food served in very friendly atmosphere. Not fine dining but tasty and authentic. Went a few times as stayed locally. Favourite dining while in Crete.

We thought we would try this following TA recommendations and was not overly pleased with it. The ambience and decor was very modern and has a nice setting (apart from looking up a side road), but the owner appeared to favour other nationalities to us and hardly raised a smile and almost looked smug in his demeanour. We ordered the mixed grill which was "ok" but everything was very salty and spoilt the meal. We were not suitably impressed to go back again.
