We ate here a few days ago. Our host was very pleasant and keen to help. We ordered swordfish and octopus. Both dishes were beautifully presented, of ample size and extremely nice to eat.Thank you for review!we are happy to see you again in jimmys restaurant!

Greek and Italian specialities!!!!Home made pizzas in wooden oven!!!
The food is fine but the main reason to eat here is the fabulous view over Pelekas bay from the terrace.

The location of this restaurant is beautiful, in a remote area, but worth the visit. You do need to reserve in advance since this place is very popular. The attention was good, the food very tasty, nice environment, and quite cheap, so I defiantly recommend this place.

We visited Taverna Maria twice during our 10 day stay in the beautiful pcturesque bay. The welcome and service were excellent, and the food was fresh and of the highest quality. However, we attracted the unwanted attention of squadron's of wasps.... which were held at bay, using smoke pellets....The fish we ate (sardines) were freshly cooked, and the salads were clean, refreshing and filling, all in view of the sea.. idyllic.Would recommend this place at the drop of a hat, as long as you dont mind them yellow and black pests!

Known by regular visitors as Elizabeth's you can be assured of a warm welcome and a wide range of Greek delights. Some evenings the tasty food and wine is enhanced by musical entertainment and you can try your skills at the Sirtaki and other dances

We have grill menou and local wine at the quit green place.we open all year and the weekends with life music
Having visited Paleokastritsa and heading back to Corfu, we ended up accidentally finding this place. You would not think much of it, being one of those places on the side of a road in the middle of (relatively) nowhere. However, you'd be absolutely dead wrong not to stop there if you get a chance! We ordered a mix of various things, but what really stood out for me were the sardines and lamb chops. The sardines (starter dish) had a really nice flavour (strong) and texture. If you like fish, you will not be disappointed. As for the lamb chops, what to say other than the fact they were the best we had during our 1-week trip in Corfu island! Also, bonus, the owner (Fannis - apologies if I mispell that) is a really nice guy.If you are around there, and if like us you're feeling hungry, this place is worth the detour!

We were recommended Sprio's by a local halfway through our trip and we're just sad that we didn't know about it earlier!I'm a vegetarian and it's safe to say that my experience of Corfu food was terrible before I came to Sprio's. Every other taverna only offered pizza, pasta with tomato sauce or greek salad. When we ate at Sprio's the food was fantastic! As mentioned in other reviews they have daily specials. Each day one of the specials was veggie and it was wonderful. We went back every night after that and it was something that I looked forward to all day after the disappointing food experience I'd had so far.And the desserts! They were so so tasty and a perfect way to round off the meal. The service was exceptional. They spoke perfect english and made us feel incredibly welcome. Maria is a credit to the taverna and was a friendly and knowledgable server. The setting is lovely. Each night we sat on the upstairs terrace under cover of grape vines. The village is lovely and only a half an hour walk from where we were staying in Ermones. I can guarantee that if you eat here you wont want to eat anywhere else!

You'll get better gyros and meatballs elsewhere - trust me. Grubby plastic menus need a revamp to something simpler and more hygienic. Friendly young waiter but bland expensive food purely designed for tourist taste buds. oh and the small portions and hefty prices only add insult to injury. I wanted my freddo espresso with honey but after a few minutes of polite argy bargy with the owner i finally relented and my beverage was served with sugar instead of honey - yuck! Here's a tip - just give the customer what they want. It's not that difficult.

family tavern with panoramic view over the ermones bay we offer mediteranian kitchen, corfiot kitchen and seafood excellent service our slogan "DONT LET GOOD THINGS PASS YOU BY"
Food dreadful. Prawn spaghetti, large king prawns which looked lovely but on preparation to eat, the prawns had been cooked separately and stuffed back into the shells. When deheaded, black gunk dribbled our onto the plate. Burger was a meat Pattie with tinned veg. When paying the bill, owner took her own tip (10â¬). Unbelievable.Just left a review for the restaurant next door which was equally awful. Such a shame as they are the main 2 tourist places to eat on the beach and could be so much better.
The omnipresent '' Briki '' is a coffee grocery, which opened just opposite the new Corfu Police Station. There we gathered for you unique tastes of Greek land from selected producers committed to quality. Indoor warm space but also a small outdoor courty
Very cozy and friendly atmosphere! It's the place you always wanted to meet with your peers. It could be the next "FRIENDS' Haunt". We were lucky enough to entertain ourselves with live folk music and in line with savoury appetizers guarantees a faithful clientele!! Young and smiley staff, students around, authentic traditional feeling! Among the pros are economic prices (keep it that way ), proximity to city center and frequency of live bands!
