Greek food is fresh and tastes relatively authentic. Lemon chicken soup is not the best I've had, but it's good. Chicken Souvlaki is always made to order, hot, and just off the grill.

Excellent chicken kebabs, great portions for the price. I only buy "to go" because I don't like the noise of the TVs on all day. I personally don't believe that TVs belong in a dining place. I want to enjoy my meal peacefully, having a nice conversation with my companion, or reading, or thinking. I'd wish they would see that TVs are very intrusive, disturbing and annoying for some of us.

Four of us, plus an infant, enjoyed a nice meal on a recent Friday night, in this lively Alameda restaurant. Energetic waitstaff helped us get comfortable and delivered drinks quickly. Our entrees were all well received, including Penne Arrabbiatta, Spaghetti Bolognese, New York Pepper Steak and Chicken Piccata along with some decent wine. Recommended.
