Wir waren im März 2017 in der Gaststätte zum Adler in Hegelhofen, einem Stadtteil von WeiÃenhorn. An diesem Abend wurde Menü und Comedy mit Hilluâs Herzdropfa angeboten. Die ausverkaufte Veranstaltung fand im 1. Stock statt. Bei der Gaststätte handelt es sich um ein typisches Dorfwirthaus mit einer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Einrichtung. Direkt vor der Gaststätte befindet sich eine überschaubare Anzahl an Parkplätzen, die - aufgrund der Veranstaltung - schon belegt waren. Wir haben aber problemlos in der Umgebung eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit gefunden. Der Service war sehr nett, aufmerksam und immer präsent. Das Menü wurde in den Pausen der Veranstaltung gereicht. Ungeachtet der vielen Gäste erhielten alle das Essen gleichzeitig und es war immer noch heiÃ. Zur Vorspeise wurde eine Kürbissuppe, zum Hauptgang ein gefüllter Braten mit Kartoffeln und Gemüse und als Nachtisch eine Mousse mit Apfelmus serviert. Alles war sehr gut abgeschmeckt und meiner Meinung nach auch ohne Fertigprodukte zubereitet. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Abend. Preis-Leistung hat für mich gepasst!

Wir waren zur Weihnachtszeit beim Hirschen - super Service - nette und flinke Bedienung. Speisekarte mit ergänzt durch saisionellen Gerichte. Der Vorspeisensalat war ein Gedicht - selten eine so gute Beilage gegessen. Wir hatten Wild, das auch sehr lecker war. Sehr zu empfehlen.

A lovely restaurant in a charming hotel... spoiled on this particular visit by lacklustre service and poorly cooked food. Granted it was the day after New Yearâs but we waited too long for mediocre food ... a shame because we used to love this restaurant!We did complain and we were given a discount, but unfortunately we were celebrating a special birthday and we were very disappointed.

Restauranten ligger i en lille hyggelig sydtysk by og på et ret hyggeligt torv. Da vi var der var der fællesarrangement på torvet med VM i fodbold og en del mennesker. Selve restauranten er ret stor og ganske fint indrettet, og der er mulighed for at sidde ude på en stor terrasse. Der var tydeligvis mange lokale denne aften. Personalet var ganske imødekommende om end ikke super effektive. Vores mad var i den gode ende, og specielt fik vi en række små "tapas", som var veltilberedte. Udvalget er ganske fint, og både internationalt og lokalt. De synes at være gode til steaks, da en del af gæsterne valgte dette. Prisen var absolut i orden. Stedet var hyggeligt og maden i orden, så absolut et anbefalelsesværdigt sted. Også hvis man kører på A7 lidt syd for Ulm og har behov for noget ordentligt mad - skal kører ca. 5 min fra afkørsel 123 mod Vöhringen.

We stayed one night as we were traveling from The Netherlands to Italy. We booked a family room for two children and two adults. The room was big and clean and the beds were comfortable. The evening that we arrived we had dinner in the hotel. I recommend the xxl schnitzel, as it is delicious.

The appetizer potato soup arriving after main courses with no explanation is rememberd by a 5 year old.Typical food, great beer as always in Bavaria.

This brewery restaurant and bar is situated in the main town square and offers spacious, smart surroundings and very good traditional German food to eat whilst sampling the impressive range of beers. I came here with my partner and we both had the roasted duck, blue cabbage and potato dumplings. The food was wondeful and I could not move when I left the restaurant. It was a lovely evening, and the restaurant had a great ambience.I would definately come here again.

The restaurant offered a good choice of meals. The service was very good because there were many waitresses looking after the indoor and outdoor dining areas. The meal was satisfactory in taste though well presented. The better side to the restaurant I thought was the children's play area just in front of the outdoor dining area.
