The restaurant is close to one of the nicest museums in Königsberg and looks comfortable and inviting, however, the number of visitors was small. The service was prompt and accompanied by smiles. The prices were not high, especially considering that for the same price you got half of the portion in other places. And vodka was served in a frosty glass. BUT ... the Vienna strudel was not the Vienna strudel :)

Service was friendly, and they have an English menu available. There are a lot of options on the menu, and it was nice to see a selection of local specialties. I had the Königsberger Klopse, which wasn't amazing, but was interesting and filling.

Nice service ad good Russian food, they also have cheaper business lunches during the work week. We had the fishsoup that comes nicely arranged in a hanging iron pot, the stroganino (iced fish cut finely with bread), mushroom an potatoes (comes in an iron cast pan, is a bit oily but good), and beef stroganoff. Interior is quaint.

We went to this restaurant after reading a review on TripAdvisor. Besides, it's a 10-minute walk from our hotel. We loved everything, the atmosphere, the interior design, the service, the food... And the prices! It was even better than we had expected.

If you are hungry in Kaliningrad and feel like trying something familiar and local as well, try this English pub. Service at very high level, very polite, quick and friendly. Very nice variety of beer for reasonable prices. Food - delicious! Pork was very well prepared. Would come back to try more tasty food!

Although i can be short about the food, it was simply a waitress that made us feel satisfied. She was simply standing out, compared with some other experiences. Smily, friendly and very good English language skills. Will definitely go there again when in Kalingrad !
