We are very regular visitors to this lovely restaurant, located in the pretty village of Jochberg, around 10 minutes drive from Kitzbuhel. It is an excellent all rounder, the welcome is always warm, service fast, & the food delicious & ridiculously good value. The cuisine is traditional, straight forward Austrian, with an array of schnitzels & other meat dishes as well as salads & light bites. Fantastic Kaisersmarrn too, as mentioned by the previous reviewer. Michaela, the charming, very hard working proprietress, moves at a lightning pace around the room & standards remain high as she is always on duty alongside her dedicated, long standing tightly knit team. The atmosphere is relaxed & easy going, it's a wonderfully laid back environment, frequented by locals & tourists alike. Fab.
Schlagobers geschmeckt!

At the heart of our farmhouse is the old âRauchkuchlâ, a unique type of kitchen common to alpine regions from the late middle ages to the end of the 19th century. Enjoy the unique opportunity of watching Theresia Bacher prepare a feast for you in her open
We spent a long weekend there. It is like travelling back in time and spending your stay/nights in a more than 100 years old farmershouse. Amazing. Owner Theresia Bacher is also cooking, delicious and a lot! Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Strong recommendation!
Wanted to have a drink at this bar on the ski area, but service is bad here. Went to the bar and the two waiters were drinking beer behind the bar with the customers that sat at the bar, and the waiters were ignoring me. Moved just in front of them but they were still ignoring me, then went inside to order drinks and there the waitress gave me drinks but also she wasn't friendly. Best spend your money elsewhere where they appreciate it.

What a great place to have lunch and drinks with views of the GroÃvenediger mountain group. After a hike we enjoyed some beer and then had a Jausenteller to share, which even came with Schnaps! Service was really friendly and the prices are excellent. Highly recommended.

This was the best coffee and pastry we've had in Austria so far! (We haven't been to Salzburg or Vienna yet.)My husband and daughter had apple strudel and my youngest had a "mouse" made is biscuits and covered in chocolate. All were delicious. My coffee was very good. We liked it so much we returned. The girls had fresh squeezed juice which was delicious and a bargain at â¬3.50 each. (The same thing would be $9 in San Francisco.)We did not order ice cream, but we saw other customers with gorgeous looking Sundays and knickerbocker glories. A lovely friendly place. We wish we a had found it sooner in our trip.

Had a lovely meal with my girlfriend. Fantastically cooked local cuisine, very reasonably prices and friendly service. They have their own beer brewed just a short distance away. Very delicious and refreshing. Highly recommend this restaurant. The only trouble is they allow smoking which could be off putting to some. Otherwise this was a good dining experience.

We quite often stay in Panorama Chalets for skiing holidays - probably one of the best places to stay, when you want to ski in Kitzbuhel arena. Mooralm is located in Panorama Chalets building right next to Panorama ski lift, so it's very good place for both apres ski and dinner. Menu pretty simple but long enough to avoid repeating meals when you are here on holiday and food tastes well - my favorite meal is Wiener Schnitzel - makes your hunger go away for good. Nice interior and good service. Check it out.
