I ate here while staying at the Snorrenburg Hotel and it is very good. On the recommendation of one of my German friends I ordered something off the menu but the bill was still very reasonable. It has good food, good beer, good atmosphere - what more do you want?

Had a business dinner here after a business trip. Very attentive service and accommodated a large group arriving at different times. Large menu selection, no english version but it was still fairly easy to work it out - especially as I had several german speakers with me.Food was very tasty and good portion sizes, enjoyed the local beer. Prices were very reasonable.Would go again if I am back in Herborn.

Die Ãberschrift sagt bereits einiges aus. Die Pizza bekam ich nach gut 10 Minuten serviert. Es war leider nur nicht die, die ich bestellt hatte. Es wurde mir angeboten, die Pizza zurück zu nehmen und eine andere zu backen. Da ich ein Gegner davon bin, gutes Essen weg zu werfen, habe ich die andere Pizza gegessen. Sie war insgesamt sehr gut.Das Personal war nett, freundlich und aufmerksam.Auf der Karte stand Kristallweizen, das gab es leider nicht. Bei 2 angenommenen telefonischen Bestellungen hörte ich mit, dass das gewünscht ebenfalls nicht verfügbar sei und man doch bitte etwas anderes wählen sollte. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war gut, die angebotenen Gericht waren recht günstig.Schade, wenn die beiden oben genannten Mängel nicht gewesen wäre, hätte ich das Restaurant gerne besser bewertet.

I had the Rahmschnitzel. It was fabulous. But, remember, this is a very small village family restaurant. The proprietor really enjoys chatting with his regulars at the expense of his other customers. But, the food is worth the wait.

value for money is guaranteed at Bartmanns Haus in 35683 Dillenburg. If you are travelling along the A45 definitely exit at DILLENBURG and have a meal at this wonderful little restaurant. Ambience, decor and very friendly/professional staff are part of our high rating for Bartmanns Haus. The food, however, deserves a few extra stars because not only is it exceptional in taste but also a joy to the eye!!! The owners Ralf and Fiona are amazing hosts and we wish them all the best for their already successful restaurant! Next door is Bartmanns Hotel which we haven't checked out yet but are convinced that it'll be just as classy!

Das Restaurant Tiergarten liegt ein wenig versteckt, hat dafür aber ausreichend Parkplätze. Der Service war gut, das Essen schmackhaft und preislich ok. Was will man mehr?

It was the fourth invitation over the years, even the fifth taken into account Michael Debus' first restaurant featuring a Michelin Star.As usual the food was superb and the ambiance in the old timber frame building unchanged. Good amuse "gueule" freebees , everybody had goose liver, then individualselections, among them typical German dishes with the master's touch.A good evening with a lively group of friends. D.F.H.H.

Every evening has its speciality offer, Buffet evening, Pizza evening, Gourmet evening, etc. In summer they have Barbecues with different themes - you can naturally oder from the main menu. A Family orientated family run testaurant inan idyllic setting at the edge of the forest beside a river, al Fresco in summer is to be recommended.

Ob Hacksteak, Filetsteak oder Fisch... Hier ist wirklich alles sehr gut zubereitet. Ist das Steak mal nicht gelungen, bekommt man ohne groÃes Murren ein neues. Ein wirklich guter Service mit tollen Gerichten zu humanen Preisen. Gerade für gröÃere Gruppen, oder zu anderen Anlässen sehr gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had dinner in their Biergarten but didn't think it too spectacular. Food was good enough for the price and I really don't have anything to complain about. I wish their Biergarten had a bit more going for it - but it seems bare-bones and as though not much love has gone into it. A few flowers here and there would certainly make this a nicer place to sit.Prices are fair and I would probably go back here if somebody suggested it. That said, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.
